Love our new scooter. If I was designing this, I would put the plug for the power charger higher on the case. The ribbing on the floor rubs hard on my fingers when disconnecting power cable from battery. I solved this by putting a pot holder on floor, then pulling plug out. It is used for a 4-5 mile ride every day, so we will see how it holds up. ... show more

While it worked it was great. I loved the scooter. There was a problem with the key ignition and contacted the seller. They referred me to the warranty company and they said they would take care of it. I contacted them 2 weeks later and they deleted the email.

This company does not support this product. Scooter is under warranty, but it died on me and left me stranded. They would only try to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggested I get a new battery and hung up.
