Definitely has some effect on old red scars or discolorations, but that said, it does take using 2x per day for a long time to see the difference. I've used much more expensive creams from high-end lines without the success of this one, but do keep in mind that all of these things need somewhere around 8 weeks to start seeing big differences. ... show more
