Doesn't irritate my skin, but does sting a little bit, especially if my skin is more irritated due to dry, cold weather. I can see a difference in the brightness of my skin. This is an extremely lightweight moisturizer. My skin is a little too dry to benefit from this product. It does absorb quickly without stickiness. My skin still felt dry again after about an hour. It was a good buy but not for me.
