Just received this pasta maker and haven't used it yet, but I did try it to make sure it fits my mixer. It fit nicely and it is well made. I like that it has the three pasta makers in one attachment.     • Pretty simple to use.
3 tools in 1, flat sheet, spaghetti, fettuccine. The other day I made egg noodles using the flat roller, then the fettuccine cutter. Because the noodles plump up in water, mine were a bit thick. The flat sheet is the only one that you can adjust the thickness. I believe I did #8, then fold over to #8 again. I then ran it through on the #6 setting. Next time I would use the #3 or 4 for the fettuccine noodles. For the spaghetti side I will use the #2 or 3 setting. ... show more
