This is a pretty good chair, very easy to assemble and good looking. Ergonomics seem to be good too. The back support keeps me very straight. I bought this chair in white, and noticed there was a minor tear on the back support. Although not big, it was very in sigh. I got in contact with the company and they offered to refund or send a replacement, no need to return the chair. I chose a replacement. The replacement chair took a long time to be shipped. I had the tracking number (which I had to ask for), but the tracking showed that the label was emitted but the product wasn't given to fedex. Always in touch with the company, I kept asking for updates, until they decided it was best to send another one. This time the tracking number was provided upfront and the chair arrived exactly when estimated. The new chair is great, had no defects. ... show more

Interesting that my previous review has not posted. Not comfortable. The back does not move (which I knew) but it is stuck at a very uncomfortable angle that is pushing you forward all the time. This gets very tiresome on the lower back. Also, the wheels are very low quality and I can't roll it at all on low pile carpet. I know rolling on carpet is harder, but I have to actually get out of the chair and move it to go from one spot to the other. Finally, the section that the seat goes into the base is not secured, so since you have to pull up on the chair to raise it, I wonder how often it would end up popping out. I will say it was easy to put together. Also I got the blue and it is really more turquoise, as in the pictures. I had hoped it would be more royal like some other reviews said it was. I would have been okay with the color, but the comfort factor is absolutely a no-go. ... show more
