These chairs arrived as listed and had all necessary hardware. They were easy to put together and have withstood the rain and environmental elements. The color is great and they have not discolored due to the sun and temp. These are a great product to utilize next to your pool or outdoor area.

The chair came in on time. I was impressed that it was taking me no time to put together and it was good quality. Well I was missing a part. Reached out to the manufacture as suggested in the instructions and they got right back to me. Now it’s 3 months later and I am still without the part due to “logistic problems” according to them and I am out of the window and can’t return it. They did offer me 5 dollars for my trouble. They claim they will send me another chair, we will see.

This chaise lounge is designed for outdoor, built from HDPE material, which I expect to last 10+ years. While it is great, especially with the price tag around $100+, several to be improved for the manufacturer. First and most importantly, part I will last at most 2 years, which should be replaced by HPDE bar like part B. I would suggest the seller can send in free HPDE replacement to the buyers like me. Second, the instructions should be improved so that the part B bars be installed after part A, C, D attached to part E. Third, it will be great if the installation kit includes the Hex driver bit and Torx drive bit. Fourth, I would like those screws/bolts/washers/nuts to be made from stainless 316, which will last for ocean setup, if not yet. Overall, the product is great given the price.

The chairs are pretty comfortable, they have a cup holder that moves in and out and is a brilliant fire engine red. I really like them especially for the price. I am 5’9” and if I were much taller I suspect they would feel too small. If you have super tall ppl in your life I might keep searching. These took my husband 45-60 min each to put together with the supplied Allen wrench. If you used a drill and appropriate bit and knew exactly what you were doing it might take 30. It wasn’t hard or something I couldn’t do myself, just labor intensive. Overall, a nice choice.
