I brought this to the attention of the vendors (Western United) and I have to say I was extremely impressed with their customer service. All communications were very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience this had caused. They replaced the faulty item, and it was delivered less than a week after I brought the initial fault to their attention. Disappointed in the quality. We are in a neighborhood that doesn’t allow basketball goals to stay out so we have the wheel it in after rash usage. We have used it maybe 7-8 times in the last month and it is already leaking sand through the bottom and the wheels are breaking.
