Great for a star/galaxy themed party or maybe for new years. They are an iridescent pinkish purple. They are well package so that they can't tangle together. The stars are sewn onto the thread they are strung on so they won't just fall off. They are spaced just right with just two inches between each star. I think these could easily be reused for another occasion if that's what you wanted to do. Or you could repurpose them after the event for over your or your kids bed or as a wall accent.

I used these stars to decorate my hallway for a birthday party. They really added the magical vibes I was looking for. Each strand comes in individually wrapped plastic baggies and are ready to go. They were easy to remove and hang BUT you have to be extra careful to not disturb the way they are folded. They can easily get tangled and you will need some patience to untangle lol But I only ran into that problem once. The strands are long and stars plentiful. Absolutely loved it.

I wanted to create a starry ceiling in my kitchen for my daughter's birthday and this more than did the job! The color is beautiful too. Afterwards, we decorated her room and they are still fantastic! Fair warning though. They will get tangled easily if you aren't careful.
