More sturdy than expected. Relatively lightweight and feels quality. My only gripe is that the pins for adjusting the settings pull all the way out vs ones at the gym are normally spring loaded and don't pull all the way out. Assume that this is common for this category of home equipment. The size is perfect for me at 5'10" and can hold more weight than I can lift.

Light, VERY easy to assemble and the price was right. But.... It is rather short. I'm 5 foot 7 and half my head hangs off when I lay down to do a sit up. Good for that type of stuff and sitting down doing curls. OK for bench press but I have nothing to rest the bar on above my head. I'm satisfied but it's pretty basic.

This bench was easy to set up. It’s solid to handle my weight as I use dumbbells for strength training. It’s easy to incline. I also use it to do sit ups and back raises.
