I've been looking for a foldable bench for a while. This has really made my home gym have more versatility. It takes 10 seconds to set up. There are 2 pins, one to lock the butt pad angle in and then that goes between the pads to lock the entire bench in place. This one is important, otherwise the bench may fold up during use. The pads are comfortable. They are decently wide. The height might not be great if you are tall. It might not be great if you are over 6 feet, but it works for me. The back pad is adjustable, it doesn't go to full 90°, but it gets close enough. I didn't use the leg brace because it seemed to make collapsing it and storing less convenient.

Light, VERY easy to assemble and the price was right. But.... It is rather short. I'm 5 foot 7 and half my head hangs off when I lay down to do a sit up. Good for that type of stuff and sitting down doing curls. OK for bench press but I have nothing to rest the bar on above my head. I'm satisfied but it's pretty basic.

Good value. It was simple to assemble, basically already put together. I just had to unfold it and screw a knob on for the foot catch. It adjusts really easy and looks pretty good. The problem I have is that I didn’t realize it would be so small. I didn’t think to read the dimensions. I’m 6’2” and there’s just not enough bench for me. It needs to be about 4” inches longer to be remotely comfortable. The next issue is its sturdiness. I chose this because it’s rated for 900lbs. I’m over 250, and I’m in no danger of loading the bench to its max. I’m going to use it carefully. I just wish it were a bit more sturdy feeling.

I bought this bench in 2025 when I started putting together a small home gym. I’ve been using it mainly for dumbbell exercises and incline bench press. So far it feels sturdy and stable during workouts. The adjustable positions are easy to change and the padding is comfortable enough for longer sessions. I also like that it folds up, which helps save space in the room. Overall it has been a solid bench for home workouts and I’m happy with the purchase.
