Awesome honestly best thing ever. I started with 10 min 5 days a week now I do 20 mins and incorporate squats, side leg lefts and arm exercises then I 5 mins with just my arms on it. I already worked out but this is much softer on my joints and is good for lymph drainage and toning. I’ve been doing it for a month and my husband just said to me my legs look toner. It really works you just need to be consistent like with anything. Good purchase. Good for none Density too

We use this in the house to maximize our workouts, muscle recovery, stimulation for our adhd kiddo, and effective lymphatic drainage. Our son gets stimulation and energy regulation after using this to do his homeschooling. This size isn’t too light, but is light enough that we can easily move it around the house. Since using, I have also noticed I am not feeling as swollen when I wake up. I believe my blood circulation is definitely improving. Overall, great quality for the price.

Received the vibration plate a few days ago. Was packaged well and easy to set up and use. I do use this manually on level 10, and I sometimes wish it were a bit stronger, but I do feel some improvement in my knee where I had a previous ACL tear that sometimes give me issues. I like to use this first thing in the morning to wake up the body, after dinner and after workouts to help with muscle soreness.

The media could not be loaded. I originally ordered the MERACH Vibration Plate Exercise Machine to add something different to my workout routine, but it’s turned out to be useful for the entire family. For my workouts, it’s a great way to add extra intensity to simple movements. I’ll use it for squats, lunges, or just standing core work, and the vibration definitely makes your muscles engage more than you expect. It’s also nice for quick sessions when I don’t have time for a full workout — even 10 minutes feels productive. The different vibration levels let you ease into it or crank it up when you want more of a challenge. Unexpected bonus: my kids love it. When they’re full of pent-up energy (especially on days we’re stuck inside), they’ll hop on it for a few minutes and treat it like a mini activity break. It actually helps them burn off some of that extra energy while still being something safe and contained. The machine itself feels sturdy and stable, and it’s compact enough that it doesn’t take over a room. Setup was simple, and the controls are straightforward. Overall, it’s been a fun and surprisingly versatile addition to our house — part workout tool, part kid energy outlet.

Love this! I am in school and find myself spending hours at the desk. This helps me loosen up my muscles so much. It has a setting so after 10 mins it automatically turns off, which is nice to just hop on first thing in the morning for ten mins while I gather my thoughts, and then I just go on every time I feel something ache or my muscles feel like they need movement. I even bring my laptop on a tall counter near it so I can still work while it shakes my muscles awake. Also, I read that using it helps with your endorphins, and I was skeptical, but honestly I do feel happier after each use. The noise is minimal; my scaredy cat doesn't even move for, like, the first 3 mins that is, and then gets confused. I probably wouldn't have it on in the background of a zoom, but if you're just passing by the office, I don't think you'd know it was even on. As for the sturdiness, its great. I have it on carpet now, and its got a little wobble if you're not standing on it right in the middle. But I also had it on the hardwood, and the suction cups on the bottom really hold, so much so that you have to really put in work to get it off. I'm sitting all day at a computer, so yes it is a great value for the money. I don't think I can stop using it. When you are in pain from sitting long hours and don't have time for the gym or a walk, it 100% a necessity at this point.

I researched other options and the reviews— plus clinician reviews— led me straight to this brand and this model. As a more sedative almost 63-year old, my lifestyle slowed way down years ago after hip replacement, and walking as excercise is no longer enjoyable but this allows me multiple options to do either elbow-, sitting-, back- and calves- besides standing vibration. I love it. I feel like I’m doing self care & it honestly feels good AFTER use since I have a desk job. I try to do 10mins most mornings and then again in the evening before bed. I’m a believer in this.
