I was a bit skeptical to try this at first because I don’t want a huge machine taking up unnecessary space but this is pretty compact not taking a lot of room. It comes with the basic necessities, the remote batteries and they threw in a resistant band, which it’s OK I would still buy your own if you don’t have any, but I have to say giving it a try just one time I feel pretty good. I think it made a little bit of a difference. I’ll have to get into a routine of using it more. It definitely has you feeling like Shakira and if you could never make your cheeks clap this will do it for you and if you’re heavy on the top, the girls will be clapping too😂 after working out and then using this you feel relaxed. I waited a long time and did research before I finally bought one and waited for the price to drop some. I also waited a few weeks before reviewing this so I had some insight to longer term use instead of a day or a few. I enjoy this for what I need it to help me with. I knew it wasn't some miracle weight lose machine. However it does help me with things. I get restless legs bad at night sometimes and this is a godsend. It helps take away the pain and restlessness in my legs so I actually can fall asleep and get a good night's sleep. Sometimes I stand in a squat position to help really target my legs and it gives them a nice feeling after. It also just makes me feel happier. It's something to add to my routine to look forward to in the morning and night. I do it on auto and the 10 minutes fly by. While using it I always put calm aesthetic YouTube videos on for extra effect. It's lighter weight so easy to move and store. I recommend this for anyone who is seeking relief for leg pain. This vibration plate works well and is pretty wide and stable. has suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place. The device support my 250# frame well, but when i am on it the device does not seem to have much difference at all in the different speed settings. perhaps due to my weight. I did not use the instruction at all, as the remoted and the device was very easy to use. The platform is very strong and hold to my shoes very well. The workout seems fairly good as I can feel a bit of difference in my legs after the workout. Over all I would say the device does what it is designed to do and that is to shake you about and help increase the blood flow in your lower limbs and hips region. I do feel better on the days after I use the device. My favorite thing about the device is I can set it to auto and step up onto it and step side to side and it will start automatically. I do not give it 5 stars as it does not have enough variation in the speed of the shake from 1-10 and not much difference and the fact that the rubber surface has already started turning loos after the first 2 weeks. ... show more

So far I love this vibration plate, I just received it and had not used it yet, but today I was having bad abdominal pain, I decided to get on the vibration plate for 10 minutes on the auto setting and it was relaxing and felt like the vibrations were helping. Ok, here goes the review for the Merach vibration plate. Apparently I bought the curved one but it isn't very curved at all, so if there was a price difference go with the non curved if it's a lower price, I would have. The vibration plate is actually just a percussion massager. That's it, that's all it does. You sit, stand, rest legs or prop feet on it and turn it on. It's shakes quickly, you basically get to wobble, woogie, shake and shimmy, but that's all it does. It's like a gizmo fad, you know, like the ab roller, Pepsi clear or Zima, for when you need Zomething different. I felt odd letting this thing have a go at me. It causes itching in legs (circulation) and mild dizziness for me, when standing in it for a few minutes. The machine is said to help drain lymph nodes, but I don't know what this is. But if it wants to drain, I say drain. You won't feel fat drip or drain away. It is not intended for weight loss, rather, circulation, and after using it in different positions for about 40 minutes I can say with near certainty that this marvelous machine is going right back to Amazon. That's right. I'm going to box it up, take it to UPS and have them kick/drop/fling this right back to the Amazon logistics center in who knows where. It isn't enjoyable to me, but it isn't unenjoyable. This isn't a twix bar and it isn't a root canal. It's just a small machine about the size of a George Foreman grill, that moves. The noise level is low, I could hardly hear it and it's tile here. On a carpet you won't hear anything. It has suction cups for feet and that's good for stability. I weight about 220 - 224 lbs and it helps me up just fine. Instructions are not super detailed, but good enough. Not an adjustable item. Durability is too soon to tell. Could last a long time, could stop working in a week. It's that kind of thing. I'm not against it but it didn't blow me away. It seems a tad expensive for what it is and for where I know it will eventually end up: in a closet, wedged between that spare microwave and the shelf full of mismatched socks. Merach sounds French Canadian for useless machine. I bet you could put jello on it and watch it jiggle for fun, or use it on a bar to shake multiple martini glasses at once. It is nothing but a gizmo, but unlike the Swiss Army spoon, fork and cork screw, or the extended shoe horn, or the glitter swirl lava lamp, or the Hannibal Lector bobblehead, or the fuzzy toilet seat cover, or the rubber foot scrubber, the rubber chicken, the penguin shaped ice cube maker, the wool dryer balls and every other nonsensical item I've waisted money on, this one is going back. 50/50 recommend. I’m hooked on this thing! It feels so good and has helped my edema 80-90%. I have a desk job and it caught up with me to turning 60. It worked right away. Seems high price for a simple vibrating function, but it came recommended, so that is worth it. The only reason is not five star is because the cord is white on a black plate.
