Update: Seller reached out immediately and addressed the issue. The replacement is much better and the customer service was expedient and great. I’m happy with my replacement. Thank you. I’ve been dealing with muscle tightness, fatigue, joint pain, cervical issues, and muscle spasms for months. Really more like years. I was stuck in flight or flight and no matter what I did, physical therapy, supplements, muscle relaxants, I could not get my body to respond. I’ve had the vibration plate for less than a month and I already feel so much better. My muscles are relaxing my neck and back spasm is barely there. My lymph nodes are going down and I’m down from 156lbs to 153 lbs. most importantly, my body feels the difference. I’m feeling so much better. While I was skeptical, I am not a believer. I need to apologize to my best friend who has been trying to get me to buy one for over a year and i didn’t want to due to it feeling gimmicky. Nope. It works : ). If you’re hesitant, try it. I’m hooked on this thing! It feels so good and has helped my edema 80-90%. I have a desk job and it caught up with me to turning 60. It worked right away. Seems high price for a simple vibrating function, but it came recommended, so that is worth it. The only reason is not five star is because the cord is white on a black plate. I absolutely love my MERACH CV30 Pro Curved Vibration Plate! Sometimes all it takes is a good 10 minutes on this thing for me to feel calmer, more relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of my day. It’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to give myself a little reset, both physically and mentally. Perfect for Relaxing After a Long Day You know those days when your whole body just feels tense, tired, and like it needs a moment to breathe? That’s when I hop on this vibration plate! After about 10 minutes, I feel like I’ve given myself a chance to slow down, loosen up, and just relax for a bit. Whether I’ve been running around all day, sitting too long, or simply need a few minutes to myself, I love having this option right at home. I don’t have to drive anywhere, schedule anything, or turn it into a whole production. I can just hop on, take my 10 minutes, and enjoy a little me time. Accelerates speed 1 to 10 in 1 minute

After reading many reviews, I chose this model for the price value and range that I was seeking, along with the quality and power that it offers. For the price, I would say that it does it's job but without the bells and whistles. It's simply power on, and either run auto mode by stepping on and starting to rock side to side; this accelerates the speed from 1 to 10 over the next 1 minute and continues this 1-10 pattern for 10 minutes. Or, you can select your own speeds. This also comes with a remote to control the settings. It is a little clunky to move around and it has rubber feet to help keep it in place.
