I have 2 discal hernias and my back doesn't let me move as normal as i would like. With this machine it was all good since the beginning. Easy to assemble, i like the versatility of it. I can easily make 300-500 abs everyday like i used to effectively. My workout routine changed since i got this machine. I use it for abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and for the leg extensions. So you will see a good workout effectiveness and for sure value for money in here. Is strong and has help me in my race to loose weight. I have it on my bedroom and as soon as i wake up i jump in to it. Buy this. It is really worth it.

For the most part this is an ok machine. A few draw backs for me is it is very small and has little resistance for sit ups, legs and arms.

Overall, a satisfactory investment. Good for active recovery days or light workouts. The machine works well. Sturdy. It’s easy to assemble too, which is really important to me. It also doesn’t take up too much space which is good for a home gym space or for storing if you don’t have a ton of space to work with. HOWEVER, it is NOT tall person friendly. If you’re taller than 5’ 8”, you’re going to feel a bit big on it. I’m 6’ 0” and fairly leggy, but nothing too crazy. Yet, I find myself sliding back and forth trying to use the leg portion of the machine. I actually have to remove the back pin so there’s enough room, and when I do finally get in position, the ankle pad hits my shin and rolls up to my knee when extended. Much better as a bicep curl in my opinion. The crunch function is clutch. I love not being on the ground. I also find that I get a better low-ab range when using it and that makes me very happy. Resistance is low…strap on some leg weights for more of a challenge, but expect no more than 10# resistance on its toughest setting. Good enough for the money. Cheaper than IG ads too.

Size is small for me. It could stand higher. I feel like I have to contort to get my legs right. Money is not worth it. Comfort could be better especially with the back portion. I would like to have my whole back supported. Workout effectiveness is mixed. If there was more resistance or be able to adjust the resistance. Overall, it’s not worth the money, too small, cheap materials and you have to be careful when leaning back due to the lack of resistance you will fall backwards.
