Man! I love this thing! I use it every day. I haven't seen results but it has given me the motivation to add more exercise to my daily routine. I work from home so I sit all day. This sits in my home office just fine and when I'm tired of sitting and working, I just take 1 step and I am sitting on this machine working on my abs legs, and arms. I do about 15 minutes to get my energy up and then return to work. I like it because it's convenient to get a quick workout and then feel accomplished. The resistance isn't as much as I thought so I don't think I will tone up but I do feel it will help my core strength. I find that I do squats and abs the most. Also, there isn't a video that you can work out to but this company has a Facebook group you can join. I didn't see any videos for it there either so I looked for advertisement videos of people working on the machine and I just copied their moves. I wish they had a workout video for it.

For the most part this is an ok machine. A few draw backs for me is it is very small and has little resistance for sit ups, legs and arms.

This is a great product. It makes doing setups and leg lift really easy. It is sturdy and does not take up a lot of space.

Overall, a satisfactory investment. Good for active recovery days or light workouts. The machine works well. Sturdy. It’s easy to assemble too, which is really important to me. It also doesn’t take up too much space which is good for a home gym space or for storing if you don’t have a ton of space to work with. HOWEVER, it is NOT tall person friendly. If you’re taller than 5’ 8”, you’re going to feel a bit big on it. I’m 6’ 0” and fairly leggy, but nothing too crazy. Yet, I find myself sliding back and forth trying to use the leg portion of the machine. I actually have to remove the back pin so there’s enough room, and when I do finally get in position, the ankle pad hits my shin and rolls up to my knee when extended. Much better as a bicep curl in my opinion. The crunch function is clutch. I love not being on the ground. I also find that I get a better low-ab range when using it and that makes me very happy. Resistance is low…strap on some leg weights for more of a challenge, but expect no more than 10# resistance on its toughest setting. Good enough for the money. Cheaper than IG ads too.

I actually purchased this because a lot of people were returning the ab machine due to "it being too small". I am only 4ft 10inches tall so I figured it might be perfect for me and I was definitely right lol! This is a great multifunctional ab machine and not only is it the perfect size for someone my height, but the rollers for the back actually massage your back while working out! It also allows you to lean all the way back which helps to stretch your back as well. I would honestly recommend this machine for shorter individuals because it is hard to come by workout equipment that isn't over sized and comfortable to use. It was very easy to put together and I am very pleased with this purchase.
