Features
- STOPS MATTRESS SAGGING BETWEEN SLATS HEAVY DUTY DENSITY Your mattress needs a flat, continuous surface to perform the way it was designed. When bed slats are spaced too far apart, the mattress sinks into the gaps creating pressure points, uneven wear, and back discomfort. This heavy duty version features a higher-density 10mm twin-wall core for enhanced rigidity, bridging wider slat gaps with zero flex. Our bunkie board requires a structure underneath, such as a metal frame or bed slats. Its capacity depends on the support structure.
- ULTRA-LOW 0.4 PROFILE WONT CHANGE YOUR BED HEIGHT Traditional wooden bunkie boards add 1.53 inches of height and often show beneath the sheets. At just 0.4 inches thick, this board slides under your mattress and disappears. No visible edges, no height change, no refitting your sheets. The support your bed needs without changing anything about how it looks or feels.
- NOISE-FREE, NON-SLIP DESIGN STAYS PUT WHILE YOU SLEEP Oxford fabric covering eliminates wood-on-metal creaking. Silicone grip on the bottom locks the board to your slats no shifting, no sliding, no readjusting. Place it once and forget it.
- PROTECTS YOUR MATTRESS & EXTENDS ITS LIFE This board creates the continuous surface manufacturers recommend, compatible with memory foam, latex, hybrid, and innerspring mattresses on any bed frame with slats or bars spaced up to 10 inches apart. Many warranties require slat spacing under 3 inches this closes that gap and protects yours. Breathable, moisture-resistant construction also prevents the hygiene issues sealed wooden boards can cause.
- 60-SECOND SETUP NO TOOLS NEEDED Unfolds flat and installs in under a minute. California King and King ship as 2 panels, placed top and bottom. Full and Queen ship as 2 panels, placed side by side. Twin and Twin XL ship as one piece. Twin XL 2-Pack is compatible with split king bed. Sized to match standard mattress dimensions exactly.

My bed frame had some sagging slats and this caused buildup of the mattress underperforming. This board was easy to use since it was just folded out and placed in the correct direction. Once installed it worked like it said it would giving a noticeable extra foundational support. Now im sleeping deeper with more support waking up a bit more rested and with less back pain. Considering sleep is one of the most important things in life any improvement to it is worth the cost. At around $100 this ended up being one of the best and cheapest upgrades to my sleep quality in a long time.

These worked really well for adding extra support under our twin mattresses. They were easy to put in place, fit the beds nicely, and made the mattresses feel more supported without adding a lot of extra height. I also like the non-slip design because everything stays in place. Getting two in the pack was especially convenient. Very happy with them!

I recently purchased a new soft Helix mattress for my wood-slated platform bed, but it felt a bit uneven in places (e.g. my tush). My bed's wooden slats had gaps of just over 3.5", and I read online that these newer heavy foam mattresses don't perform well with such large gaps. One of my neighbors had recently purchased an inexpensive plastic-looking bunkie board locally that came in one solid piece, and I couldn't imagine how such a large thing could be delivered via Amazon. Fortunately this bunkie board consists of two separate pieces, and each piece is folded into three panels. This made it easy for Amazon to carry and for me to get into the house and install. The panels seem to have a nice sturdy thickness with nothing plastic about them. And the backing that sits directly on the slates ensures that each of the two sides don't slide around. I'm now sleeping well and happy with the results.

This is just what i needed for my king size mattress. I didn't think it would work because it wasn't heavy, but i am pleasantly surprised. It fits perfectly on my metal frame without moving and no noises against my memory foam mattress. I highly recommend it for anyone whose mattress doesn't provide enough support. I had to have help due to the heaviness of my mattress which made it easy to install.

This worked very well for our son’s full bed. We couldn’t do a box spring because it made it too tall for him. The mattress feels sturdy and supported. But, and this is important, you need to make sure you have plenty of slats on your bed. Our son’s only had 3 and it did NOT work. I ran to Home Depot and got some boards and added 4 more slats with screws. This made it work perfectly. Glad we made the purchase. Great for what we needed.

The Bunkie Board arrived on time and was well packaged. It comes in two folded pieces for the King Size bed which makes it easier to handle and "install" on the frame. The instructions were clear and "installation" took almost no time at all. The size was perfect for our bed frame, it is sturdy without being too heavy and it is very stable under the mattress. All in all it was a very good purchase for us.

This felt like a really good quality product, easy to use and folds up in 3rds for easy storage. Can’t speak for its longevity but in terms of making our “firm” foam mattress feel firmer on top of our slat foundation, it absolutely made a difference. We got 2 twin mattresses so purchased the 2-set and side-by-side tested it with one mattress having this board underneath and one mattress without. There was a noticeable difference, even visually you could see my husband sinking deeper into the mattress that didn’t have this board underneath. This was one of the primary reasons we purchased this product (as well as hopefully protecting our foundation & mattress for longer) so definitely fulfilled its purpose for us.

This is exactly what we needed AND half the price of the other options. This board has made a HUGE difference in our bed strength. It was a great addition to our support. Easy instructions, easy to install. Perfect fit for king bed.
