My bed frame had some sagging slats and this caused buildup of the mattress underperforming. This board was easy to use since it was just folded out and placed in the correct direction. Once installed it worked like it said it would giving a noticeable extra foundational support. Now im sleeping deeper with more support waking up a bit more rested and with less back pain. Considering sleep is one of the most important things in life any improvement to it is worth the cost. At around $100 this ended up being one of the best and cheapest upgrades to my sleep quality in a long time.

These made a HUGE difference with my metal bed frame. It prevented the sagging which was causing me lots of back pain and sleeping issues. It's a night and day difference. Super easy to install (Honestly the longest part was moving the mattress) They do not slide around, and the size I ordered was pretty on point. Shipping was also insanely fast. I'd definitely recommend these. My only complaint was the price, however I think its fairly reasonable for what you get.

These worked really well for adding extra support under our twin mattresses. They were easy to put in place, fit the beds nicely, and made the mattresses feel more supported without adding a lot of extra height. I also like the non-slip design because everything stays in place. Getting two in the pack was especially convenient. Very happy with them!

This worked very well for our son’s full bed. We couldn’t do a box spring because it made it too tall for him. The mattress feels sturdy and supported. But, and this is important, you need to make sure you have plenty of slats on your bed. Our son’s only had 3 and it did NOT work. I ran to Home Depot and got some boards and added 4 more slats with screws. This made it work perfectly. Glad we made the purchase. Great for what we needed.

OKAY HEY HELLO LISTEN TO ME, I HAVE BEEN ON A GRUELING MATTRESS JOURNEY FOR NIGH 7 YEARS NOW. WE HAVE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL MATTRESSES IN THIS TIME. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. THEY DON'T MAKE MATTRESSES LIKE THEY USED TO, OF THAT I'M CERTAIN. PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE, NO DOUBT. WELL, PART OF THE PROBLEM MAY BE POOR QUALITY, BUT I NOW BELIEVE ANOTHER PART OF THE PROBLEM IS POOR SUPPORT. THAT IS, POOR BEDFRAME SUPPORT. YOU SEE, WE USED THE TYPICAL CHEAP WIRE BEDFRAME INITIALLY. NO MATTRESS SEEMED TO LAST MORE THAN A YEAR OR TWO BEFORE TERRIBLE SAGGING AND BACK PAIN ENSUED. THEN I STARTED TO THINK MAYBE THE PROBLEM WAS OUR BEDFRAME MORE THAN THE MATTRESSES WE WERE GETTING. SO WE GOT A BEDFRAME WITH WOOD SLATS WITH SMALL GAPS. If you are having trouble with your back, this bunkie board may be the solution. Before buying this, I did my research and read the reviews on many of these boards. One of the reviews on this particular one resonated with me. It sounded like a review I could have written. The gentleman and his wife kept buying new mattresses, until they bought this bunkie board. We went through the same process. We love the foam mattresses, however, after a year or two, we needed to replace them. Thank goodness they are relatively inexpensive. We like the mattress we have now, but noticed that it gets more uncomfortable as the night progresses. I was convinced that it sagged more as the night went on. Hence, my search for something other than plywood to test it out. Well, this bunkie board was the answer! We have a metal frame and this bunkie board fits perfectly and does not slide. It was so easy to set up, simply pick up the mattress and lay down the two boards. Since we have a metal frame and my husband and I are not lightweights, I got the heavy duty one for a little more money. I don’t know how sturdy the regular one would have been, but this one is solid. I definitely sleep better at night and wake up without an aching back. I very highly recommend this particular bunkie board!!

This helped with our mattress sagging through the slats of our bed frame. We don't use a box spring, so this made a big difference. The queen fit our bed frame perfectly. It is well made and easy to set up. It also helps when making the bed. The sheets and blankets have something to keep them tucked in at the bottom.
