Small, slightly clanky, excellent modern bathroom toilets for not a lot of money. Details: We recently redid two bathrooms and bought two of theses cans, one in black and one in white. Color and finish were excellent on ours. They're really nice! No soft close, but they have a removable liner and are definitely the right size. If you have a slippery floor, you'll need to have something grippy to put on the bottom, but it wasn't an issue here. Most importantly, these exactly matched the style we were going for. I'll use these again when I need any other small trash cans. Only note: the lid is a little clanky. Doesn't bother me, but if you need a silent bathroom you might need to keep looking.

Updated review: 1 week after receiving the "pink" one, I ordered the mint green one for my home office. I love them now! They match my 50s vintage vibe in my house and are narrow enough to fit in small spaces. Still more expensive than I'd like, but I'll live. 5 stars! It's NOT pink, but I still like it. It's much smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not measuring before buying. It's still quite nice. I have it in my bedroom. It was just a little expensive for what I actually received. I would have paid no more than $16 for this.

Cute and tiny, we needed to get it to fit in a very small area 7" wide next to the toilet and the sink cupboard which has a shelf thing above the toilet so there are legs for the shelving in that area so it's very tight fitting something not bendable plastic in that area but we needed something with a lot due to the dogs getting into bathroom garbage so I bought this garbage can after doing my very thorough research. I do think it's not very sturdy in the lid and the foot pedal, in fact i don't even use the pedal. I can fit a grocery bag in it like I usually do so garbage doesn't touch the actual can. This is nice cuz it does have a container that can be taken out if needed, i do not know yet how to keep the lid up whentaking the bag out or putting it in (I think you have to do something in the back to get it to stay up on its own) but if your looking for something not badly priced and very tiny (we went from a 3 gal plastic can to not even a 2gal so it's quite smaller) but it fits in the spot, it stays shut so no dogs getting into it and not badly priced so I recommend it for any of those purposes, yes there are probably better sturdier larger ones but this is just fine for what we bought it for!

This is perfect if you work from home and need one under the desk. I had a regular waste bin with an open top and my Cat Trash Panda was always getting into and knocking trash all over. I liked this navy color because it went well with my color blend in work area and it had a top that local trash panda couldn't get into (though tried). !! Easy to put together, size is perfect, dog and cat trash panda protection, nice design/ look, great value for the money and it's functional. It is small but hold an ideal amount of waste. Would definitely purchase again!

Main reason I bought these is to keep my pup from sneaking in the waste baskets and stealing whatever is inside. She's a theif for sure! These waste baskets cured the constant scattered kleenex, paper and what ever is inside. She can't figure out how to step on the pedal which is easy for me to step on. Easy to lift out liner and to clean when necessary. Definately not a medium or large can, it is small, perfect by the side of the toilet or desk.

Small and light - too light. Every time I press the foot pedal to open the lid the can slides backwards. I had to put something behind it to keep it from sliding. This is on a bare floor of course. It is a nice matte black color which is what I wanted, but that does mean it spots easily. Don't keep it near the toilet where it can collect some over splash. The metal is pretty thin so it's likely pretty susceptible to denting, but I'll never know. There really is nothing wrong with the can, but it won't work for me. I've ordered two open topped round can's as replacements. One smaller than the other so it can fit inside the larger can. That way I don't have to look at garbage bags draped over the rim of the bigger can. This is not a bad little can, but it likely won't work as your main trash can in your bathroom. It might work better sitting near a woman's vanity due to it's small size.

I wanted to find a bathroom trash can specifically with a lid so my toddler wouldn’t be as tempted to get in the trash. The matte black is a nice finish and the foot pedal to open the lid is also nice. One negative is the lid closes a little loud when you take your foot off. You can’t slowly guide it back down into place either so it just slams closed. I find myself opening it with my hands more than anything cause of that. Overall it’s a good trash can as from the lid.

Color: Soft Brass
Update: the manufacturer wrote to me asking how they could make this right. They asked for a photo of the item with the ruined finish, which I sent. Then they responded there was nothing they could do for me since I was outside the replacement window. Notice the gold color isn't available any longer, likely as I am not the only one who experienced this. Horrible customer service. Please consider purchasing from another manufacturer, such as SONGMICS Bathroom Trash Can, 1.3 Gallon Small Trash Bin with Lid, Slim for Small Spaces, Stainless Steel Garbage Can, Soft Close, Black ULTB560B05 https://a.co/d/0iv0CiyK instead. I loved this little can for our small basement bathroom. It fit the space and I loved the gold finish to match the hardware of our bath. Unfortunately, when I when to clean it with an anti-bacterial wipe (one without hydrogen peroxide) the gold finish of the lid came right off. So disappointed and it is too late to return :(
