The media could not be loaded. I use this adjustable frame for my personal XL Twin and it is working really well. I was a little skeptical about putting this together but it was a lot easier than I thought. It came with its own Allen/hex wrench but I found one of my own was a better fit. The wireless remote came pre-paired to the frame so that helped tremendously. The remote comes with a memory function and a flat function so with one touch you can put it to the position you like (memory) and with one touch you can make the entire bed flat again. That has proven useful. My mattress is 10" in height with a topper on it and the frame fits it well including the bracket at the foot of the bed. Lifting my head up a little bit has proven to be a really good nights sleep and I would recommend this adjustable bed frame to others.

The media could not be loaded. I bought my grandma a mcombo chair a few years ago and it was very good quality. I was looking for a adjustable bed frame and noticed that mcombo had one, so decided to take the risk a buy it. The setup very straightforward. Two of us did it fairly quickly. The remote was already paired with the lifts. I am over 6 feet and weight over 300lbs and the lifts have no issues. Big plus is that I can still keep my bins and camping gear under the bed. Also a lot more stable than my previous frame.

So to start I read some reviews that said it would not work after a few months, but I also read that customer support was great. It started all good but then when I was told to call a different number they ask me for all my info and it's been two weeks and nothing yet. So as of now, I spent a pretty good chunk of money on a useless bed frame. I'll update the review if I get any response from the vendor.
