Update on March 2023: The scrow fell of and all the straps got loose. Luckily I had my bikes secured with rubber cords. I couldn't find a good screw, so I drilled a hole to pass a Alen key and bend it. As shown in picture. Original review: Exactly what I want, double arm fits the awkward design of my lady's bike. I needed the double arm to slip them through the bike as shown in pictures as my hitch receiver sets low I need to keep the bike as high as possible off the ground. This is the most affordable for 4 bikes, but the straps dont totally lock and can come undone, so may need to secure with bungies or bike lock

Loved the rack when i first got them. Item is sturdy and meets the need. The customer service is actually amazing. The main concern and issue for me is the inability to lock the rack onto the receiver. I’ve tried ordering 3 locking pins and none of them fits the rack and receiver.
