First issue: I had trouble assembling it since the instructions were not clear and did not match the components on the actual lawnmower. Some of the components were found in the battery case in the front end of the mower. Took me longer than necessary to figure it out but once I did, I was able to assemble it with a bit of struggle but managed to do it. Second issue: I tried the mower immediately after assembling it and let's just say, it's not the greatest mower out there but it did cut the tall grass. I had to go over some areas atleast twice to clean it up nicely. Battery died in about 30 min. Mind you, I didn't charge it before use. Third issue: I left the battery charging for 24 hours but it doesn't seem to be grabbing current. I don't know if it's the charging base or the battery itself but it's not charging.

I've had this almost a year and have loved it. Its easy to use, lightweight (perfect for kids to learn how to cut grass) and is easily modified to use dewalt batteries. My only complaint was I wanted a spare blade to have on hand and the seller had no information. However, the is a blade on amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C5WRHH24/ that has the same size and mounting cutouts that are the same.

Great value for the dollar. Fits in tight spaces our larger machine won't fit. Light and easy on the back unlike our string trimmer. Comes with two batteries. Decent run time. Cuts very well.

This lawnmower was ridiculously hard to put together. The instructions have just pictures with no written instructions. I had to watch a YouTube video not once, not twice but several times to see how to put the attached polls to the wheels. I’m hoping that it works considering there was a lot of swearing going on while putting this together!

We like it so far. My wife likes to take care of our front lawn and it's important that this mower light-weighted. Also, important to mention that the battery lasts long enough. I think about 40 minutes and that is enough for us.

The power cord on this mower is too short to accommodate the top handle. I am trying to modify it, but this is totally unacceptable. I ended up cutting 2 inches off lower bar and drilling new holes. In order to do this, I had to purchase a drill. The seller offered to compensate me $50, but so far I have not received anything. They obviously don't have a very good quality control system.
