    • Love the mesh, HATE the wheels
If you are going to use this chair on carpet, you better be getting one of those ugly mats to give you chair a flat surface to glide on. The wheels on my M7 have started to bend from trying to adjust it like a normal chair. I emailed their customer service and heard nothing back. I'm thinking about buying regular cheaper wheels that have 2 instead of one on each caster like a normal chair. The wheel has bent so much that it's starting to squeak because it's rubbing up against the frame of the wheel itself, and is very annoying. Don't make the same mistake I did with the wheels, get the mat if you are looking at this chair and will be on carpet. ... show more

    • Good Chair, Good Service, Bad Packing Job
I purchased directly from the Mavix site. I was worried the chair was too tall. I used the chat option on their site and they let me request a shorter gas cylinder. The chair shipped quickly and arrived intact, but the box was completely open at the top. It looked like it was never tapped at all. That said nothing was damaged and the chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. I'm 5'11" and I keep my seat at about 19". I don't think I'd be as happy with the min height of 22.5" listed on the web site. ... show more
