First off, the end product looks good and is sturdy. Used Gorilla glue at the assembly points for a better long term result. The description says “minimal assembly”. This is simply not true. To the point, not ONE piece is sub assembled. You get to do the whole thing. Two people, 20-30 minutes. Not a big deal, but certainly not minimal. The quality is OK for the price point. All the pieces fit and no hardware was missing. Speaking of hardware, the bolts are very poor quality, striping the heads easily. Don’t get to crazy with that Allen wrench!

I did not think the wood colors matched the mixtures so I returned it. I still have not be refunded the money for the item nor the shipping. The stools are high quality. Their return process is screwed up. They don't say on the form which shipper to use. I had three stools, one with a back, and the shipping was over 400 dollars. Beware of what you are dealing with before you buy.
