The media could not be loaded. I had been looking for a good mattress cleaner for a while, and I came across this one and decided to order it. It was the right choice! I tried it first on a brand-new mattress I hadn’t even used yet, and it managed to remove dust from that too! I’m so happy to have found such an amazing product. After receiving the second one, I’m convinced this product is just defective. It turns off automatically after a few seconds and says the spin brush is clogged. Both are brand new products so it should not do that. I really wanted this vacuum for my mattress and couch but now I have to look for another one. Disappointing!
