Mounting brackets and finish is more expensive than most of the others. I do like than the end finials were simple and sophisticated but end grommets of drapes could drop off, but like the look so much that I won't change them.

We used these rods to install linen curtains in our front room. I wanted the rods to be hung as close to the ceiling as possible. I was a little concerned about tightening the screw to hold the rod in place then realized the rod bracket could be installed so that the screw is on the bottom for easier access.
