After purchasing and assembling the gazebo, we unfortunately experienced severe weather conditions, including high winds and heavy rain, which resulted in significant damage due to a manufacturing defect. We promptly contacted the seller, provided a detailed account of the issue, and engaged in some back-and-forth discussions. Ultimately, the seller demonstrated excellent customer service by replacing the gazebo at no additional cost to us, including free shipping. Very nice canopy. We put it together in less than an hour but one pole was missing a silver button the interlocks with other poles that connect to the top roof.

I couldn't be more pleased with this replacement canopy. The fabric is heavier then the original and the fit is tight with well made seems. I only wish we'd discovered the pull hook before my husband smashed his finger trying to get the canopy on the our existing gazebo frame. Once we saw the hook tumble out of the vent-top piece, it was super simple to pull the corners in place using the fabric loops that are on one corner of both the canopy and the vent-top. We are going to buy another to have on hand when needed for our second gazebo.

I've had this for almost a year and a half now and it's not looking so good. A bunch of the welds rusted and then broke, the bug net has some tears, there's holes in the canopy. I tore the bug net on accident, but the rusted out welds and holes in the canopy were not my doing. It never kept out all the rain during a heavy rain, but otherwise it keeps you pretty dry underneath. The bug net is a bit of a hassle because of the cheap floppy zippers; you have to hold the bottom down with one hand or foot and then pull the zipper up with the other hand. The bug net does keep out bugs out but not all of them. Bugs can still crawl under and because it's somewhat oversized it can get stuck lifted up a little bit or blown up away from the ground in a good breeze. I'm disappointed I spent $300 on this gazebo with it getting so ramshackle in less than a year and a half.

I originally bought a gazebo on Wayfair, which was the same size, same features as this gazebo and price was pretty similar. The gazebo on Wayfair was so crappy! The roof Snapped in half and the whole gazebo felt cheap. I had it up for a month… The customer service was awful as well. I never ordered from Wayfair but decided to give it a try and I will never again. Stick with Amazon and get this Gazebo! It looks so nice and it’s sturdy. I bolted the gazebo on my concrete patio for extra stability. I highly suggest doing this. For this price, get it!

Bought this replacement canopy because out original one was just weather beaten and started to tear. This one is a perfect replacement and very easy to replace. Tore the old one off and put this one on in less than 20 minutes without having to take the frame apart. Much easier than we thought it would be. Perfect fit! My only complaint is that it’s made in China.

I want to say that this is a beautiful gazebo. Very easy to assemble. However, please be aware of the following. First, the plastic rings used to hang the bug netting inside are a cheap plastic. Many of them came in broken or were not formed properly in the manufacturing process. Luckily, there were some extras but they were all used. Second, one of the main leg poles was missing the internal parts that are necessary for the screw to screw into. As a result, we had to drill the holes out on the other side and then purchase longer bolts and nuts in order to keep it together. We did not feel it was worth having an entirely new leg sent to us. Lastly, and most importantly to us, was the fact that the initial information about the gazebo noted that there were curtains provided and that they were for privacy purposes. The reason why we purchased this gazebo, besides the gray color, was because we believed it came with a full set of privacy weatherproof curtains. That is false. The curtains they are talking about are nothing more than decorative panels that are in the corner of the gazebo. We were very disappointed to see that they did not extend the entire width of the gazebo. As a result, we have gone out and now spent an additional $100 on privacy curtains that we thought automatically came with the gazebo.
