These are lovely and exciting looking. The two textured foliage is very nice. Yes, they upon close inspection are very artificial (primarily the green foliage). But from 3 feet or more away, they look great. I consider them a fine deal for 5 plants for under $17 (8/24). They do need much arranging and hand work to look natural, notably the foliage portion, but they cooperate willingly. The bottom most grass-like portion on the lowest position on the stem likes to pop-off when you’re pressing and smooshing them down to be more open, but this section of foliage has tiny slits on one side and they just slip back onto the stem if you press them on with a little effort. ... show more

I will post pictures of the finished project, but these are good quality and are very easy to work with. I’m putting outside in the middle of a larger planter with other flowers around them. I’m trying to get the kinks out before placing in outside containers.

EDIT: I’ve had these artificial plants on the side of my house I believe for approximately nine months. The color is faded. They no longer look attractive. There is not much that can withstand the Florida sun, but these are not in the sun during the worst part of the day either. They get the morning sun and early afternoon and then they are shaded. They were pretty when new and that look did last for a few months. I won’t be replacing them, at least not with these same items. These are very pretty, however the length when I measured them was not as stated in the ad they were a good inch to inch and a half shorter. Also, the picture depicting the product in front of someone’s house with the rest of their landscaping is very misleading. Perhaps they sold a taller size at one point, but these do not look that size in person. They are much smaller. They served a purpose which was care free decoration on the side of my house however. My other complaint is that the red flower stalks are bent over instead of standing straight up due to packaging. I tried straightening them but could not. Whether they will straighten up eventually is something that I’ll have to see. ... show more

I'm very satisfied with these flowers. They have a unique appearance and work well in the mixed planters I placed outside my front door.
