I put small weights at the bottom of each leg. I can spray it down before company and its like new. Does collet rain pockets if not weather treated. Great product for the price.

This is not a fast put together. Not a cheap design either. Good nuts and bolts. Strong and sturdy. Looks great. Note: pay attention to shelf alignment hole positions on main frame when assembling. I'd buy this again.

Took awhile to get a response but once I did the crew at Master Canopy were very courteous and promptly sent me out a replacement. The most important thing about these canopies that arent super clear in the instruction are that you need to make sure the canopies are stretched extremely tight otherewise water pools during rain and they eventually sag and then collapse due to the weight. On each of the 4 corners of the main canopy there are little ball bearing slots that you can adjust the tightness with with - be sure and pull to the maximum setting. For the side pop up canopy piece I had to buy a grommet toolkit (e.g. http://bit.ly/4ni3kG4)--the velcro ties that come with the canopy do not allow you to make the canaopy taught.

The quality is lacking, and one of the legs is shorter than the rest so we had to rig it to sit flush to the ground. The canopy lasted not even a full year before washing out (it is now a bone beige color vs the dark brown we ordered) and has ripped in two spots. And this is where the one star truly comes in. I ordered a replacement canopy by the same manufacturer. In fact, it’s the only one offered here on Amazon. Turns out it doesn’t fit the frame I have. I contacted MasterCanopy directly and was informed that the only ability to replace this specific model was to purchase from overseas. They asked me to send photos to confirm the model and I did. But there has been ZERO response. None. So it appears I have a canopy frame that has no replacement canopy available. A true waste of money. Edit: the company contacted me and said they didn’t reply because my canopy is out of warranty. They stated the canopy cover is only warrantied for six months. I told them I didn’t want a free replacement, I just wanted to order a new one. Then they came back with they wouldn’t sell one to me due to tariffs. I had originally posted screenshots of the messages, but Amazon deleted them. Do not buy this model! I got a way better one for $40 more that not only offers replacement covers on Amazon, but who also has a product with far superior build quality. If you want a one-season-and-done canopy, this is for you. Otherwise, get a different brand. Pretty disappointing considering the name.

The gazebo is easy to setup if you have some basic skills. The instructions and parts list could be better; there are parts included you need to figure out for yourself where they are to be used. The gazebo looks great and seems very sturdy, we anchored to a concrete pad since it is permanently set up over our gas grill. The gazebo cover is really very nice, I hope it lasts for a few years.

This canopy was better than we expected! It is easy to put together and designed well with plastic tips at the umbrella ends to protect the fabric pockets and plenty of velcro tie downs to ensure a secure attachment to the frame. The fabric is a nice quality and perfect color (beautiful dark grey with almost a deep navy blue tint) and the black powder coated framed is definitely designed to be rustproof. Love the design, size and quality. Very happy with this purchase.
