I bought this in October, put it together in December, by myself as a 5'6 female and had NO PROBLEMS! The instructions were clear and concise, the parts fit perfect and I have essentially LIVED in this canopy tent since I put it up. It's been my saving grace for relaxation and just enjoying the outside. Until... last month I had a tornado rip through my backyard. It picked it up and threw it into my house. I was unable to assess the damage until tonight, March. I have no idea how to fix it. Pieces are bent and broke and I have cried so hard. I have no idea how to order replacement parts. The canopy top itself is perfectly intact. The metal bars and two of the legs however, have met their match. I am absolutely devastated because I have RAVED about this product, but I cannot afford to buy another one, as this was what I had worked MONTHS of overtime to be able to afford. I cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone to see if I can buy replacement parts of the frame, because again the canopy top remained PERFECT!! I cannot speak enough good about this canopy, but I am beyond devastated that I cannot fix this myself. It just doesn't make sense for it to be a total loss when the canopy itself is in PERFECT condition! ... show more

Wow, don't even think about this, buy it!! 10x10 worked perfectly for my patio, it's metal and canvas so it matches our grill one perfectly! Sooooo freaking easy to set up, seriously. 5ft woman here! It's tall, much taller than I had prepared for, but if you do one side than the next, it's easy peezy! I bought sand bags separately and it hasn't moved a bit. Read instructions carefully! It can be confusing if you're trying to wing it! Took my time, and it still only took 90 minutes to set up! By myself! ... show more

I was looking for a sturdy Gazebo to cover a hot tub and I ended up being pleasantly surprised by this purchase. Not only was it well built, I found it to be very straight forward to assemble needing only a Phillips screwdriver and a box knife (to remove protective packing) I was also impressed by the high-end crinkle powder coat finish and several other design details. Things like the plastic locking rings that hang the screening, tie straps at the corners to both attach to the leg but also loop and toggles that allow you to tie back the screens to the quality of the roof fabrics complete with drain holes. I purchased this for around $200 and was initially very happy with it. The setup was easy, it looked great, and it worked as advertised. Less than two months in though, I came outside to find it collapsed on itself. Upon inspection, I notice the welding was minimal, and the joints had rusted. Which sucks, because it is advertised as rust-proof. I also didn’t like the huge gaps between net and the roof, it’s about 3-4 inches wide and goes all around the gazeebo.
