Well, you get what you pay for - so I would not expect more - I am not very tall, I am 5 foot 4 inches - my husband is 6 foot 4 inches - this chair is better for him than me - the seat pan is pretty wide and the back of the chair where the massage is done, the heat is done is too high up the back to benefit me - this is not a chair that you buy that is meant to be a massage chair that completely gets your entire back, butt, arms, etc. The massage is very loud - so if you think you can be on a zoom meeting or listen to a pod cast, nope - no can do - it's loud, get your air pods. I’m sure due to the messaging and heat options this made lumbar support hard to incorporate but I’m thinking of going back to my old chair because my back hurts with this chair. Why did you pick this product vs others?: it’s very easy to assemble. Massager is the primary reason I picked this one. The intensity is pretty strong. Leg extension is good too. Only downside the cable management with the need of power, but that’s unavoidable.
