It came in a few days early! It took us about two hours to put together. Was very simple. Directions were easy to follow. We LOVE this couch! I didn’t know what to expect with ordering a couch online but we are obsessed! It’s actually really big so make sure you measure! It’s so comfortable. We have fallen asleep on it many times. The back cushions are movable and you can adjust them to be more reclined or upright. The bottom cushions velcro to the frame of the couch and do not slide. The only issues I would have is that the back of the couch is low and the ottoman slides. Wish it was connectable to the couch. And the back cushions are a little stiff. I’m hoping they’ll soften up as we use the couch. But still not a big concern of ours. But everything else is perfect! If you’re thinking of buying this couch do not hesitate! ... show more

I love this couch! It’s big enough for our whole family!! It is very comfortable and perfect for parties and gatherings. The assembly seemed overwhelming with all the boxes and parts but it was actually pretty simple for myself and my husband to put together.

Okay, this couch deserves 500 stars. The value for the money is insane. It's so comfortable and looks like it cost at least double what I paid for it. I read a ton of reviews before buying and the only complaints I could find were that the couch was too low and the back cushions were thin. So I bought 4 inch legs from amazon and I bought a queen size memory foam topper and cut it to the size of the pillows. I stuffed all of the back pillows and the bolster pillows with the 2 inch memory foam and added the legs. Voila. A perfect couch. All in this cost about $120 extra but I swear this couch from a furniture store would cost $2500. So totally worth paying a little bit to upgrade it. This is set up in my basement for my kids to use. My teenage boys had to do all the work of getting the old dirty sagging couch out and bringing all these boxes down. I kept telling them it would be worth it. Today now that it's all put together and I have all these boxes downstairs, my son looked at me and said "Mom, it was totally worth it." Seals the deal. It also went together so easily. Like I couldn't believe how easy the screws lined up and went into the holes. It's a big couch so it took some time but it wasn't frustrating. LOVE this couch. Very comfy, super easy to put together, best couch i've ever bought. 4 stars only because the cushions do seem to dip you forward towards the edge. I saw a lot of reviews about the height of the couch - we personally don't mind the height; it's maybe an inch or two shorter than a standard couch, but we don't notice! It is nice to sit on but it is very firm. You can't sit too long or your cheeks start hurting! Laying down on it is really nice. My biggest issues are the arm rests SUCK they seem loose even after tightening the screws. With 4 kids I imagine it is a matter of time until they are on the floor and need some rigging to reattach. The back rests. They are flat, no lumbar support to speak of and they fall down constantly. Piss poor design work. The 3rd and also a big reason being I ordered dark grey, I got blue. My Wife is not happy. Neither am I. I dont really want to go through trying to ship it back as I imagine that would be an awful experience. The biggest pro would be price. To get something this size from like Ashley Furniture (as we have in the past) would be at least 3x the price. (Cost was really my only complaint about that sectional.) I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I buy it again. The instructions weren't bad it went together fine. Also, the legs are stupidly short they should be 2-4x taller. I got the "7" seater which is a 6 seater with an ottoman (I knew this just a nitpick to call it 7 when it isnt) ... show more

DO NOT BUY! I still have not received my whole couch and it’s been a month since ordering! There’s no versatility like it says in the description. Very cheaply made multiple wrong holes made in the couch.

It’s ok. It’s sorta comfy but also very bouncy so you kinda fall into it. It says it’s 21inches in total, 2 inch leg and 19 inch the rest which you can see it’s not even 19 inches TOTAL! So it’s not as thick as it shows. The 7 person is HUGE so make sure you measure your area all ways. The second picture is just a couple pieces set up with the ottoman The boxes are very heavy when they arrive. Not too bad putting together. I would not get again. ... show more
