So happy with this purchase! I was able to put this chair together easily, the box and pieces are heavy so you might want a friend to help. It's comfortable, easy to operate, I love the heat and vibration, I'm not sure I would call it massage. The foot rest is the perfect addition for me to stretch out sometimes, so also being able to lay back is ideal after whatever. I got this to go in my hotel room because the desk chair provided isn't comfortable for me, at all, when I was typing a lot. I am also able to sit cross legged with my back supported when doing other things besides writing.

This chair is AWESOME!! I work from home and needed a chair that would last. I believe I found a winner. It provides good back support and was easy to put together. I love the heat feature but it would be nice if the seat also heats up. Its worth the cost, is very sturdy and made of good quality material. You will not be disappointed with this puchase!

I bought this chair for it heating and massaging option, bith those features are mediocre at most. Otherwise chair is comfortable and included foot rest is nice. Not worth the price since the added features are sub par.

I bought this office chair for my uncle who is about 200 lbs and it feels really sturdy and supportive. The size is perfect. The adjustable footrest design is a great touch. He’s able to stretch his legs and relax while watching TV or reading. The massage and heat functions work well and make it extra comfortable after a long day. Overall, it is a solid and comfortable chair that’s definitely worth the price!

This chair is very comfortable and very fairly priced. The assembly was easy and took 20-30 minutes. I like the reclining feature. I have used it a few times now and have dozed off. The Massage is a nice touch. The lumbar support is decent. The one issue I have had is the screws for the arms get a bit loose, but I will say, I lift and adjust myself using my body weight on them. I removed the caps and keep the special tool in my desk to tighten as needed.

The comfort of the chair is really good. I do feel that the chair was lacking with the heat option. I don't feel it in my lower back at all, which is where I need the heat the most. It feels like it is more mid back only to me. I also feel that a chair that would fit a 500lb human would be wider in the seat section and it is not. It is the standard width from what I can tell. I do love the foot rest feature as I just had knee surgery less than 2 months ago and it helps with some elevation under the desk. It was simple to put together as everything is labeled or self explanatory.

The chair is comfortable. And when it works the massage an heat is amazing. But. The massaging part of the chair won't work for me. I have to tweak and plug an unplug the cord to get it to work and it still won't work 99% of the time. I am very disappointed with this chair. I was looking forward to having a wonderful massagin an heating chair to relieve my chronic back pain in the midst if my job, and instead I have an over priced chai that does not work. And the wheels are already broken. I was impressed by the reviews left for this product but again I am very disappointed.
