First and foremost, I have only had this chair for a day and I'm in love with it. I know, time will tell but let me tell you what my first impressions were with this chair. 1. The box is big, and heavy. 50lbs isn't real heavy for most people but for me, I required someone to help me bring it in. 2. Once I opened the box I separated everything and made note that all the parts needed were in a prepackaged box labeled, so that was cool. (I've had some experiences with no labels) 3. It was VERY easy to assemble. It starts at the bottom and works up to complete the chair. It says to keep your bolts loose to adjust balance which I had done, but I still managed to come out a little off. That one's probably on me, though. One of the reviews I read said their arm rests weren't even so I made sure to check that. And mine came out level. But, when I stepped back and really looked at it, I had managed to unbalance the back support all together. It wasn't a HUGE difference but did take notice. When I sat on the chair I didn't notice the difference at all, so I wasn't too worried about fixing it. 4. After assembling this chair I had then went on a 8 hour video game binge and it was an awesome experience. The chair held up to my 300lb weight. And it was very comfortable. My butt did fall asleep at one point but, I just readjusted myself and was totally fine. 5. The vibrations are stronger then I expected them to be. Not the best by all means but they felt relaxing enough while I played online. I disconnect the wire when I'm not using it, so my child doesn't run into it. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. I had never bought a gaming chair before this. This experiences has been wonderful. ... show more

Got it about a week ago and trying this so far I love it. First of all, the instructions were clear showing how to install step by step. Putting it all together was too easy, and I like how they have the screws separated by the proper areas and it is nicely labeled. All tools were provided, so it is really good for us to install. Also, this chair has a really nice material, seems like classic leather. For the cushion, I like the idea that it comes with a massager cushion that helps me to relieve my pain from holding the same position for gaming. The chair itself is cool that you can use that button and make yourself lying down 180 degrees flat with the supporter to support your legs. Anyways its good for those who want to invest a little extra money in a chair for better comfort. ... show more

The holes for the screws on my chair were not lined up well at all. The arm rests aren't even. The whole thing looks very wonky cause none of the holes matched up. Extremely frustrating to put together. Ive assembled many computer chairs and this one is definitely not worth the Hassel. 😒. Very disappointing. At least it does what it says it does and is a chair. ... show more

Love the chair but was a little annoyed because I had to go but extra screws to put the top half of the chair into the bottom half. An easy fix but cost me an extra $6-$8. The entire chair is held by those pieces so I definitely needed them. Had to buy 3 bolts and 3 nuts. The bolts it came with were just to small to hold the chair or even add a nut to it. Other then that the chair itself is very nice and I really like it. I added my chair cushion for more Comfort be cause I sit for long hours either gaming or schoolwork. ... show more

This chair is okay. I personally do not feel it aligns my back well or is very supportive, the dip in the back of the chair and then the head rest that juts back out makes it difficult to get comfortable, and it feels like the seat portion angles down. The quality is really pretty good, except for the wheels which are very sticky and don’t move around very well. I do like that even though I am very short, I can adjust the chair to where I can still sit and touch the ground with my feet. It is a super cute chair, and may work better for someone else than it does for me. ... show more

I found that this chair was very easy to assemble. I only marked it down because the mesh material on the edges of the bottom of the chair can easily shredded by a pet's claws (cat or dog), so we have to be extra careful. I didn't really care for the massage feature (my 7 year old doesn't need it right now). I also appreciated the L key with a handle which made assembly very easy! It also came with a cute pair of gloves for gaming. Nice product! ... show more

I love this chair! It’s super comfortable and the back pillow helps a lot since I have regular back issues. It was super easy to assemble and came with the tool you needed and pre sorted the screws. I had to take one star off of the support because the foot rest is more of a calf rest (I have very long legs though so that might just be a 6’ tall thing) ... show more

Ok so I like this chair much more than my old chair with no cushioning. That being said, this chair could certainly use a little extra passing on the seat. The control levers are in a bit of an odd spot considering i have to really bend down to adjust the back's lever. If the back had a bit more lumbar support excluding the massage pillow & the seat padding were a bit thicker for my bony butt, this would be a fantastic seat. NOW... as for the gamer aspect, I used to be a gamer, but I've levelled up since those days and evolved at lv. 19 to a Nerderinio. What would really take the cake in my eyes would be a swiveling mouse pad and a keyboard mount so I could just swing my keyboard to the side rather than always making room on my cluttered desk for a 2 minute window of not having it in my lap. I would be happy to give a description of the "perfect" gaming style chair from this ones build but that would take much longer than you are willing to read and I am willing to type. so, I consider this fair, how about yourself? good!
