My son assembled tis in a very short time without instructions. When I lay in this bed I can easily and quietly adjust the head and the foot to the perfect position to relieve the pain in my back and eliminate the muscle spasms I normally suffer when laying on my back. The difference is amazing. The frame feels quite sturdy and my hybrid mattress (also from Amazon) fits perfectly. I wish I had ordered this frame ages ago. This is my first adjustable bed frame and I will never go back to a flat bed. It’s unbelievable how rested I feel now and how much my pain has disappeared. I no longer have acid reflux and lower leg swelling, and I no longer snore. It literally took five minutes to set up. Great quality and super quiet! My ONLY complaint is that the mattress retainer bar pops out of place constantly. There should be screws or something to keep it from popping out of the hole where it should be.
