Not 2 was later our oldest highjacked it and has been refusing to return it. I thought nothing of as my husband swore he was fine with the replacement he'd found..... he was not fine. I guess he'd decided to use one of our step stools as a chair but it sat him too high and he was getting backaches from it. So on to purchase number 2 of this chair and eventually when the home office gets cleaned out there will be a 3rd purchase for the other desk. Arrived without damage - all parts were there. Easy to assemble took less than 15 minutes. Very comfortable easy to adjust height and tilt. Ever since I got one similar at the office been wanting one of the mesh back chairs for home. For me anyways these are way more comfortable than the standard hard back chairs.

Chair was packaged well and was easy to assemble. Appears to be a durable chair. Back with lumbar support is nice. Seat cushion, we will see how it holds up over time. I have not had to support, so could not rate them above avg at this time.

Super easy to put together. And I absolutely love this chair! I sit for extended periods and finally found a chair that I can do that comfortably in. Adjustable lumbar is a great feature and ofcourse the rocking ability. Nice large seat and well padded. Awesome chair!

The height and back tension adjustments do not work as shown in the instructions. The amount of 'rock back' is tiny so you are forced into a very upright position. There is no way to return this as it would require a huge box not to mention how heavy it is. Now I have see if someone would want this or else I have to take it apart to put it in the trash.
