I cannot say enough good things about these pants! The material and stitch quality is way better than expected at this price point, and the pants were just thick enough to be comfy without feeling heavy or cheap. As for the length, I'm 5' 5" and the bottoms just grazed the floor while wearing vans, so these may be a smidge long for anyone shorter than that. Now I will say that the front pleats may accentuate a tummy pooch, I feel the comfort and quality out weighs any negative with the pleating. ... show more

So this garment runs a bit small and is NOT a high waisted, unless your waist is extremely short. The hip measurement and stitching is good and the material thickness is good for the price point. The overall cut is not unflattering but it also does not compliment my shape. The pleating, shortened hip to waist ratio in addition to the smaller cut does nothing for me but I do like the pants and the way I feel in them. I’m a bit in the curvier side and finding items that fit, well-made, compliment my shape AND are economically priced is like getting the lottery jackpot.
