For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would recommend it to my friends.

I would give this a Twelve stars. Received it a day earlier than expected, Was packaged well, all the parts were zip tied to frame. It comes fully assembled except the easy to screw on legs. It is well made, heavy duty material, hooked up the cable, plugged it in and everything works as stated. Having never used an adjustable bed before I now find myself sleeping on my back most of the night, have always been a side sleeper. Found the right adjustment level and noticed it does help with my hip joint pain at night. It has also greatly reduced the swelling in my legs, which was my main reason for buying it. I have no complaints. Having bought 100's of items online with a return rate of about 20 percent because they did meet advertised expectations. I am very happy with this product. There is no creaking or wobble and looks like it will give me many years of return on my money. As others have mentioned it is a bit heavy as everything is in one box so have someone lined up to help you move it. Based on quoted prices at furniture stores, this is a reasonable price to pay.

My husband and I have debated a few years whether we should invest in an adjustable bed and we finally decided to go for it. I read the reviews of many different ones and this Marsail seemed to have everything we wanted and needed. The frame is heavy and our bedroom is upstairs but once that step was accomplished it took just a few minutes to put it together. Some reviews commented on how loud the massage feature is but leaving it on the lowest setting on a 30 minute timer was perfect, it lulled us to sleep almost immediately and we had a wonderful night's sleep on it. My smart watch didn't even record any snoring for the first time in months. We had it slightly elevated. Definitely money well spent.

I'm more happy with an adjustable base than I thought I would be! It's wonderful to raise the bed head so I can watch tv better. I have facet joint pain in my neck: I often can't move my neck in the morning so thought this would help. I also have GERD so elevating my head is important. Wish I had done this a couple years ago! Plus it was so easy to put together; now regret telling my godson I'd pay him $100 to put it together because it literally took 15 minutes! (He did have to take down the old one too thought).

Only reason I gave it a 4 is because it had a cut and a hole in the frame at the top. It must of been dropped before it was put in the box. The box came with nothing wrong with it. It happened before it was shipped. But I’m not going to worry about it because I need it. Sometimes you have to just take what you can get. If I need to I’ll take a pocket and put over the hole. It’s a hole in the frame. But easy to put together.

I had tried to convince my wife to get an adjustable frame for years before she finally did it but now that she has one she swears she won't be able to go back. So after I started having back pain I said you know what, sleep is 1/3 of my life I'm doing one too. But I wanted the full monty so I went for this one, wireless remote, massage, all the bells and whistles. Now I don't use it every single night but when I need it, it does wonders. Plus it beats the heck out of not being able to adjust your bed at all. It's extremely sturdy (even though its a little heavy, but you want it to be heavy so it can support you) and I haven't heard it creak once. The little kid in me also secretly loves the massage feature. I remember going to hotels as a kid and never being able to afford the quarter into the massage machine so this allows my inner child to have a blast! Plus I could be crazy but I feel like the massage is so strong it actually is making a difference. I can't tell you how much better I sleep with this frame. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. I also found a nifty little "hack" with this frame if you want to be able to use a twin mattress rather than the recommended twin XL: you just rotated the bracket at the bottom 180 degrees and it holds a twin perfectly and fits exactly how it should!
