Instructions to assemble it are terrible. But a little bit of common sense will walk you through the process. Packing is also terrible, but nothing was damaged, maybe a few scraps on the paint finish. Plan on using some ratchets instead of the flimsy wrenches they give you. Don't tighten the bolts until the frame is put together, then tighten everything down, it needs wiggle room to put together. But after it is all said and done, I do like it, and I would buy it again. This thing won’t let you down. It definitely takes a while to put together but the video on the QR code is helpful. Easy set up but takes forever to set up do to all the parts and bolts. Long story short this thing is definitely worth it!!

It take a few hours to put together yourself. There is a video on the website that shows you how to put it together as well as instructions. Its solid. You'll have to load the bullies evenly or it will rub on the guide and wont be smooth. As long as its loaded even it works great. For example if you want to to chest flys with both bullies you will need to put on 4 plates to keep it balanced. 2 plates for the left pully and two for the right. You can do everything with this power rack! ... show more
