Ordered the 14” split king and the NS2 Pro Base on the 6th. 2 mattresses were delivered on the 10th. 1 base delivered on the 11th. And the other base delivered on the 12th. Just like other comments, the frames came put together- all I had to do was put the legs on and connect power. I love how you can choose from like 6 different heights for the legs. The remotes ARE wireless and take triple A batteries. The buttons light up and there’s even a flash light on the top of the remote. All functions work as they should. The massage is loud, but nice! I will definitely use it often. The best part? The mattresses are like lying on a cloud. Not super firm, it does sink in a bit, but I absolutely love it. It’s only been out of box for a day so maybe it’ll firm up more. This is absolutely the best money I ever spent. I’m so excited to be able to sit up and read and not disrupt my husbands sleep AND be super comfortable! Buy this. Save thousands. You won’t regret it! ... show more

Only gave 4 because there’s no ‘base’ and so far have not found a solution. So I don’t like the look. Otherwise it’s very comfortable.

Took over 3 weeks to get everything. The 2nd frame didnt work. I asked for the part and amazon wanted to send me an an entire frame so I could remove the part. The sellers customer support said they would send me a new part but it never showed. Ended up asking for a refund. Amazon sending a crew to disassemble and remove. Not worth it. ... show more

I was leary about buying a bed that had no reviews, but this bed is amazing! I'm a plus size and have had no issues fitting or not having enough support. The mattress is super comfy! It does everything as advertised. Using it a month now with no issues. I reccomend!
