I cannot express enough how thrilled I am about this fantastically comfortable bed. The set up was simple. The three height options are perfect, as I recently considered lowering thr legs to keep my cats from playing underneath of it. The material od the mattress is excellent. The frame is high quality and very study. I have had excellent support and I absolutely love that I can program the remote to save different positions to automatically adjust to for watching television, to deal with sciatica flare up or whatever other needs I can think of. It is not at ALL loud when moving from one position to the other. It is pleasantly quiet, and so much so that it doesn't even bother my pets when it moves beneath them. The price was EXCELLENT! My ONLY issue is that it is a VERY heavy frame so you will absolutely need help getting it inside of your home upon delivery. ... show more

For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would give this a Twelve stars. Received it a day earlier than expected, Was packaged well, all the parts were zip tied to frame. It comes fully assembled except the easy to screw on legs. It is well made, heavy duty material, hooked up the cable, plugged it in and everything works as stated. Having never used an adjustable bed before I now find myself sleeping on my back most of the night, have always been a side sleeper. Found the right adjustment level and noticed it does help with my hip joint pain at night. It has also greatly reduced the swelling in my legs, which was my main reason for buying it. I have no complaints. Having bought 100's of items online with a return rate of about 20 percent because they did meet advertised expectations. I am very happy with this product. There is no creaking or wobble and looks like it will give me many years of return on my money. As others have mentioned it is a bit heavy as everything is in one box so have someone lined up to help you move it. Based on quoted prices at furniture stores, this is a reasonable price to pay. ... show more

This was the best price around for an adjustable bed frame with the mattress INCLUDED. Very comfortable and I love the TV viewing adjustment setting. Also has side pockets on both sides to store phones, remotes, etc., and charging ports on each side of the bed. The remote also includes an under-bed lighting function. Frame and mattress are of excellent quality. Arrived on time with no damage and was very easy to set up.     • Good but not great
The split king is very comfortable. The setup is extremely simple. The mattresses are a little softer than I would like, but still comfortable. The beds can tilt easily, and the strap they send to hold them together is laughable. We actually have ours joined with a towing strap now - the first week, my husband and I both tilted and fell out of the beds. Make sure they are absolutely flat to the ground, and don’t store anything under that will touch the bottom of the bed. The massage is okay, but extremely loud, and basically ineffective through the 14 inch mattress. Actually raising and lowering the bed is very quiet, though. The mattresses slide off constantly. I am forever pushing it back in the bed. It doesn’t fall to the floor - it just slips sideways and is hanging off uncomfortably. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase, but it’s not perfect. ... show more
