Have had device less than 3 months. It no longer notifies me when temperatures are out of range. I've spoken to customer service for Marcell twice now with no fix. $100 bucks down the drain for a product that doesn't work properly. Very disappointing. I never leave negative reviews but felt the need to for this. 1 year warranty obviously means nothing. *UPDATE* Marcell customer service is taking care of the issue with the faulty device. They are sending me a new one and return label to send back the faulty device. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel I should've been offered this option after having to call twice from the get go before leaving negative feedback. I would still recommend the Marcell company and their products as they are great when they work properly.

I put this in our RV to monitor temperature while we are away. It immediately notifies me when any set parameters are exceeded. The monthly fee is significantly lower than other similar devices. I’m very happy with it

We used the MarCELL monitor to keep track of the temp, humidity, and power connection in our RV when we left our dog in order to go shopping during our trip. We were easily able to see she was safe while we were away. The best part was when we got back and got texts later when the temperature exceeded our set threshold in the RV while we were all sitting outside, including the dog, which affirmed how well it worked. The product and subscription prices were much better than their competition, the product took less than 5 minutes to install and register, and we saved even further by paying for a seasonal subscription tied to our RV usage rather than only monthly or annual pricing. I highly recommend this product to pet owning RVers.

Bought this for our RV because we have pets. Easy setup and the app/webpage are simple. You have up to 9 notifications with the options email/phone/text. I tested with all 3 and they are fairly quick. Now the downside, the price. If you pay for the whole year it's $99 and seasonal is 11.95/month billed in advance. If you pay monthly it's $14.95. If you want an instant update of the conditions to the dashboard, you need to pay for each update @ $2/8 updates. Since none of this is mentioned on the sales listing, I would say it is borderline misleading.

Great product. At first I was a bit disturbed that the reporting isn't done in livetime--but in practice it's no big matter at all. If one of the values (temperature, humidity, power status) does go out of your own pre-established range, you get an immediate call or text message informing you of the same. Wonderful and comforting device and system giving me lots of peace of mind. Get it! Update 3/16/2018: I am always a bit suspicious of reviewers who review a purchased product a week after buying it. So let me update my original reivew from about 6 months ago and say: I wouldn't change a word. This is a great product and over this very snowy and very cold winter up here in New York State it has given me enormous peace of mind, day in and day out, living far from my blessed country home in rural New York. Occasionally I get a call from the monitor to tell me that power is out (and it IS!) and then, usually, another call a few minutes later to inform me it has been restored. If power is out for any length of time, I can send someone over who is closer to my home to investigate. If you live in a climate where 'climate' is increasingly becoming an issue--this is a cheap and fantastic method of monitoring a remote location. Again--get it, get it, get it. This is pure genius, so simple in conception and execution. Everybody who has a residence subject to the vagaries of climate deserves this device in their home.
