We purchased our Marcell 1 year and 4 months ago. It has been the easiest and best RV monitor that we have ever used. However, the highight of thier customer service is...........ours just stopped working today. No light, no nothing. I called for troubleshooting and within 1 minute, HEATHER was letting me know that they would have a new one out to me in about 3 days. AND then apologized for the inconvience! NO CHARGE, no hassle and then apologized. SOOOO super nice and treated me like customer service is supposed to. INCREDIBLE!!!! ... show more

VERY satisfied with this!! We put it in our RV to protect our dogs while we are away during the day. It gets extremely hot in south Louisiana during the day. So easy to use! Just place it in thickest part of whatever your cooking and set temp in the app. The probe does the rest. Even set it to tell you when it's 5 (or how ever many minutes you want) minutes until temp is reached. I now have absolutely perfect steaks every single time!!!

We live in an RV full time with two cats. This brings me such peace of mind knowing that my cats will be safe! This device gives immediate alerts when max temperatures/humidity are reached and also when there are power outages. You can also buy instant “updates” so you are able to check in on current temperatures anytime which is $.25 per update. Otherwise, it updates every 6-8 hours. *Alerts are still instant though with no additional charge!* So far this device has been reliable and well worth the price!     • Great, useful tool… but needs more frequent updating
I bought this temperature monitor for my vacation cottage because our internet is spotty, so a wifi version is unreliable. Since we keep our cottage open all winter, it is crucial for us to keep track of the interior temps to make sure that the pipes don’t freeze. This unit is perfect for the job, since it not only runs on cell, but also has a battery backup. Recently, the temperatures in the area dropped to 17 below zero and the power was knocked out. We were able to keep a close eye on the interior temperatures of our house to make sure it never got below freezing. Fortunately the power was restored and the heat came back on, but if it had dropped too low, we would have been able to call a neighbor to get our generator going. So, the Marcell was really helpful. The unit was easy to set up and connected right away. I jus followed the instructions and it was up and running in minutes. The downside of this unit is that the reporting is only given every 6 to 8 hours or so. That means that in the event of an emergency, you might not know there is an issue or be able to see the trends until you trigger temp is hit and you get a text. During the outage, I ended up paying extra money to be able to get realtime data. It would be great if we could get hourly data like some of the competitor products. ... show more
