Definitely a space saver. Convenient if you already have Ankarsrum. Nearly half the price of most of electric mill out there. This is stainless burr mill like coffee mill. You will not be happy if you are after fluffy grind flour. Photo is finest grind setting. I also have Wounder mill Jr hand stone mill which will give me those fluffy flour with 30min workout which sometime I need anyway. Ankarsrum will do it in 5min but then again might not be fine enough for you. I'm talking about 300g kamut flour I usually make for 1 bread. I'm keeping this for convenience. It's interesting to eat coarse textured bread and noodles. I'm not that choosy. Plus super fine flour might not be good for my blood sugar. Like in photo flour kind fly around . Be ready for little sweep clean up. This also seem durable. Very simple build for disassembly/clean up. As you see in photo main shift is plastic. This is not meant to be operated for high speed. Manual states for medium speed. Time will tell. But I think this will serve me for years to come. ... show more

Takes a quite a while to grind 2 pounds of flour. But it will work. It's easy to disasseble and clean.
