This item was defective. The cold water was cold, but the hot water would not heat up. I emailed customer service several times and none of their suggestions solved the problem. I would not recommend this product

The shipping is soooooo fast. When I purchased it shows it will arrive end of September but it’s actually delivered in 5days. I was soooo surprised. And the water temperature is soooo good both cold and hot water runs faster than I expected. Kid safety lock is perfect for my kids. Super quiet you barely noticed it. And the storage space is perfectly for cups and sodas. And the best thing is this is really easy to clean and move it.

So I had enough of lousy taste of tap water decided to get a water dispenser, and what have I found here. An amazing dispenser at this unbeatable price. It is compact yet so useful.
