very easy to assembly and operate. smaller than commercial heater, and can easily fit in a cornor. boiled water, cold water and warm mix can always be ready at my home now. i likes two features especially: bottle on the floor, no need to carry over the heater; hot lock prevents accidental touch. overall a good product for family and small business
