I bought it because regular vacuuming is very hard on my hands and arms due to arthritis. Unfortunately, b this is not the solution I thought it would be. Doesn't pick up well, drops previously picked up stuff in other parts of the floor. Misses a lot of floor space. Loud, suction isn't very strong. I love this vacuum. It was a great value for the money. It has wonderful mapping capabilities. The battery life is great. The noise level of the vacuum is very low. You can barely hear it except when it goes back to the hub and empties the contents. it does have Wi-Fi connectivity and I love that it does the work for me that I don’t enjoy doing. ... show more

I’m very happy with this robot vacuum overall. It works really well, cleans efficiently, and navigates the space smoothly. The suction power is strong, and it does a great job keeping the floors clean with minimal effort on my part. It’s convenient and easy to use. The only downside is that the exterior plastic scratches easily. When it bumps into walls or furniture, the surface tends to get noticeable scuff marks. It doesn’t affect performance, but cosmetically it shows wear faster than expected. Aside from that, it’s a reliable and effective cleaning device. ... show more

    • I wouldn’t risk it
It literally worked once for 30 minutes and now won’t connect to the app OR just work manually. I had a different one that at least would clean manually and I didnt use the app for it. Just pressed buttons. With this one all the lights are on, buttons and charging port, but they just blink and do NOTHING when I press them. I have used the reset button countless times. App troubleshooting and customer support are unhelpful. I paid almost $400 for this nonsense and now it’s listed at $999??? Absolute robbery. Just dont buy it. Now I have to deal with getting a refund or replacement outside the window because it did work at first. Super disappointed. ... show more

I have a Roomba vacuum to help keep up with cat and dog hair that magically appears every day. I would run it, and it consistently would miss the areas most needing attention (kitchen). I have a pretty open floor plan. Then I could mop my LVT floors. Inevitably I would be mopping up more hair tumbleweeds. I decided to spend bigger money on a vacuum that claimed to mop hard floors. Setup was easy. I still don’t understand how to use the app. The “mop” is a half circle of thin microfiber that is velcroed to the base. Theres a small reservoir for water. So I set it loose to see its worth. It works on a grid, not the random circling and missing of Roomba. Initially, the “mopping “ action was lightweight and ineffective. At one point, it crossed over an area rug and left a wet (not damp) spot. Not a deal breaker yet. It covered every inch of my house that didn’t have furniture. It found the charging port and emptied the dirt and hair. The floor looked better, but missed paw prints which required a mop. The next day, I started it again. I removed and washed the microfiber pad first. As I watched it roll through, I pulled a wad of cat hair from its backside (a few times). This tells me it doesn’t completely empty on the dock. Again, not a deal breaker yet. I’m going to set it loose in a moment and see what happens. Im optimistic and hopeful 😌. FOLLOW UP: I did end up returning this. It just wasn't up to the task. It demanded a firmware update and then it was confused and sat in one spot and spun in circles for 5 minutes then returned to the dock. I have too much to do and messing around trying to troubleshoot something this new isn't on my agenda. I will let you know! ... show more

Ok, let me start with: WOW! I am impressed beyond words with every aspect of this vac/mop! First off, I bought it on that incredible 70% off deal so that was a win right from the giddy up. Next, the ease of connection to my wi-fi and Alexa app was as good as it gets! No hiccups. The machines’s mapping accuracy is spot on to the inth degree and programming it to run how and when and where you want it to is so simple a child could understand it. I had it for two weeks now and I’m still blown away with it as I learn and apply more of it capabilities. I was in the market for one and without a doubt this is a home run purchase! Would definitely buy again (not at the original $1,000 price) but absolutely at the deal price! A++++ if I have one little unfulfilled desire of this unit, I would wish for it to be able to use some type of “cleaner” so that the mop function (nice as it is) was using something more than water. But I do understand how that could be problematic with internal components. ... show more

If you have a severe dog shedding problem (mine is literally tumble weeds) don't get this one. Gets clogged up constantly. I clean this robot more than I clean the floor. It was so bad I didn't bother to sell it and just gave it to my neighbor for free. Don't buy it. Wasted my gift card on this and it was too late to return it. ... show more
