After 2 years of very light use, this product just stopped working, right when the warranty ran out. The motor control board just died and replacing it costs as much as a new walking pad. The customer support is literally non-existent and their website and documentation is full of weird grammatical errors. To give credit where it's due, it was a very nice looking product and worked fine up until the day it didn't. I 100% do not recommend getting this. ... show more

I am thrilled with my purchase of this treadmill! I bought it for my home office after transitioning from a job that kept me active, where I used to get a lot of steps in during my shift, to a desk job. I have no regrets. The treadmill runs very smoothly and is overall quite quiet. I love that you can not only walk but also run at a maximum speed of 7.5 mph, which is great for a good workout. Be sure to read the instructions and check that the treadmill is properly lubricated when you first get it. They do provide a bottle of lubricant with the treadmill, but I've seen some complaints about noise, and I wonder if that was due to using it before lubrication. My treadmill belt was dry and needed lubrication right away. The size is perfect for an under-desk treadmill or for use in an office setting. ... show more

The first time I used this walking pad it overheated and started to smell like burning rubber, additionally, the treadmill made a loud creaking noise every time I stepped on it. Apart from these issues, the assembly was very easy, as it really only consisted of screwing on the phone holder. It was a heavy box and it took two people to get it into my living space, but the wheels on the front make it easy to move around non-carpeted floors once it’s out of the box. Other than the issues I had, the treadmill seemed sturdy and well built. I was impressed by the customer service when I reached out about the creaking and motor issues. I thought the quality was excellent and the price was right, I was wrong. It worked great for the first two months, then the switch got stuck and I had to replace it. It wasn’t terribly expensive, but very in convenient. I started to notice it lags when running on it, to the point I have almost tripped. Honestly, I should be running outside, but it’s below freezing here and I’m on gravel. I took the last two weeks off from the machine, and now when trying to operate it-it now has an error code and will not work. I feel like I rented it for 6 months. So upsetting.
