This is a really good treadmill, and one of the reasons why I wanted it was because of that wood trim. I really like the elegance that the wood trim brings to this treadmill. This was fairly easy to set up, but the only thing that I had difficulty with is the weight of this item. It weighs over 70 pounds and that’s a lot of weight for one person to deal with. Fortunately the set up as I stated, is fairly easy and once this is down it’s fairly easy to move around with the handle The construction of this is well made and designed. It handles my weight fine – I am a plus size woman and I do not have issues walking or fast walking on this treadmill. This is a walking treadmill, it’s not it’s not a running treadmill. The display is easy to read and I like that the handle on it as it makes it easy for me to fold it down and move it aside in my apartment. It’s probably is bigger than a lot of these walking treadmill’s that are out there, but it also is extremely sturdy. My goal is is to find a standing desk that this treadmill can fit under when it’s not in use ... show more

Easy to roll from my closet to whichever room in the house I want to use it in. The noise level is low considering what it is. The grab rail can be raised for support for when running or lowered to the ground if you want to place this under a desk. Took this to a fast run speed and it did not wobble or seem flimsy. This walking pad is attractive. Has nice features to keep track of time on the machine. No issues with track length and steps. I'm 5’10” tall.

UPDATED: Customer service contacted me and was willing to make it right. However, I had already ordered a new one and it was on the way. Nevertheless, I'm pleasantly surprised that a company was willing to go above and beyond to to make it right. I'm very grateful for the excellent customer service.     • Doesn’t work well
Says it has a 265lb weight limit, but the belt pretty much stopped with my 210lb husband got on it. I’m 135lbs and it works just okay. When stepping on it, it feels like the belt stops a little with the pressure of each step. I might have gotten a faulty one.

    • Good Customer Service, issue with walking surface or internal motor
The first time I used this walking pad it overheated and started to smell like burning rubber, additionally, the treadmill made a loud creaking noise every time I stepped on it. Apart from these issues, the assembly was very easy, as it really only consisted of screwing on the phone holder. It was a heavy box and it took two people to get it into my living space, but the wheels on the front make it easy to move around non-carpeted floors once it’s out of the box. Other than the issues I had, the treadmill seemed sturdy and well built. I was impressed by the customer service when I reached out about the creaking and motor issues.
