If is very sturdy bench and the most of the weight is in the frame. It should last a long time. It came with 4 +2 bolts and no instructions but it was easy to guess. Took 15 minutes to put together ( I am not very handy but it was easy enough). 4 similar screws go on the bench seat/top while the two screws with the cap go on the legs/foot. The bench has wheels so it is very easy to roll around. The width of the back is ~9 inches which is just fine for me....some reviews mentioned that it was very narrow for them. Also the back is about 31 inches which is just fine for my height, it could be too short for tall folks. If you are petite frame, I think this is the bench for you. Some reviews listed that the seam was falling off after several months of use, can't comment on that side I had it only for a couple of days. Stability & Performance The bench feels sturdy and secure during lifts, which was one of my biggest concerns when shopping. I’ve used it comfortably for: • Flat bench press • Incline bench • Shoulder press • Dumbbell rows It stays stable throughout movements and inspires confidence, even during heavier sets. Great sturdy bench, easy assembly, and worth every penny. Only is you I have is the upper portion of the back rest is pretty narrow, so if you’re a decent sized person it maybe a little awkward to get used to.

It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for with this bench. No creaking or bending when lifting heavy. Very sturdy and stable. Easy to set incline and move with the handle and wheels. Great weight bench, Built like a tank. 1. Packaging: The bench arrived super well packed with zero scrapes or dings. 2. Assembly: 4 pieces to bolt to the main chasis. The back legs with the wheels (2 bolts), the bottom seat (2 bolts), the backrest (2 bolts). Done begin working out. 3. Workmanship: The frame is all super heavy duty steel, solid welds, not flimsy at all. The wheels glide smoothly. 4. The seat and backrest: The description say leather. It feels more like vinyl but that's not a bad thing. You'll be wiping it clean with rag after every workout. Right? The padding is firm. One caveat: If you are used to benching heavy (225 lbs. and more) with a 10" or wider backrest, you may feel a little pressure on your shoulders since this bench is only 9" across. ... show more

Backrest and seat was damaged. There’s a large tear in the back rest and a small tear in the bottom of the seat. The product itself seems to be very sturdy and well put together. I’m really disappointed that the back rest has a big tear in it with splinters.

    • Portable, light, sturdy, a little small, great starter bench on a budget.
Pretty decent bench. Its sturdy and well built. Also fairly light which surprised me. Couple of things disappointed me though. It is a bnit smaller than I thought it would be. I'm 5'8" and 210, And I felt that it was right at my size or maybe a tad bit narrow. So if your a bigger guy than me, keep in mind this bench might feel a bit small. On the birght side its a breeze to store. Also another issue is that this bench hurts when its in the incline position. There is little cushion where the knees bend. The seat is narrow for this function so the seat corners dig into the back of the knees. I use a towel to help out know. I think a squat cushin would help a lot so I plan on getting one for the sqatsa and also to cushion the seat when I am incline benching. Lastly, this did not come with instructions. Its not difficult to figure out but it is weird to have assembly without instructions. ... show more
