If is very sturdy bench and the most of the weight is in the frame. It should last a long time. It came with 4 +2 bolts and no instructions but it was easy to guess. Took 15 minutes to put together ( I am not very handy but it was easy enough). 4 similar screws go on the bench seat/top while the two screws with the cap go on the legs/foot. The bench has wheels so it is very easy to roll around. The width of the back is ~9 inches which is just fine for me....some reviews mentioned that it was very narrow for them. Also the back is about 31 inches which is just fine for my height, it could be too short for tall folks. If you are petite frame, I think this is the bench for you. Some reviews listed that the seam was falling off after several months of use, can't comment on that side I had it only for a couple of days. So far, I absolutely love the MAJOR FITNESS Adjustable Weight Bench. It feels very solid and well-built, and it’s quickly become a core piece of my home garage gym. Stability & Performance The bench feels sturdy and secure during lifts, which was one of my biggest concerns when shopping. I’ve used it comfortably for: • Flat bench press • Incline bench • Shoulder press • Dumbbell rows It stays stable throughout movements and inspires confidence, even during heavier sets. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for with this bench. No creaking or bending when lifting heavy. Very sturdy and stable. Easy to set incline and move with the handle and wheels. Sturdy and decent for beginners. The faux leather material though is lackluster because it’s too thin for a bench, after use a permanent wrinkle is left behind that doesn’t go away which will eventually crack in time.

I picked this bench up during the spring sale, and it’s an absolute beast. If you’re looking for an affordable, well-built adjustable bench that you can trust under heavy loads, this is it. I feel completely safe going heavy on this bench — something I wouldn’t say about most of the adjustable options floating around Amazon. A couple of minor gripes: it sits a bit lower than I’d prefer and is slightly narrow at the shoulders. But these were known trade-offs going into the purchase and are far from deal-breakers.     • Great quality and very sturdy adjustable bench

When I was designing our garage gym I wanted high quality products that could also easily move out of the way if we needed to park our car in it (mainly for bad weather). We ended up with a fold flat squat rack and this bench fits well with it. Price was important but safety was higher on the list since I’m getting my teenage son into working out. It moves easily, adjusts quickly, and feels sturdy (little to no side to side wobble). My only wish would be the pad being a little wider. Not the fault of the product but I would have liked a wider platform like you see in commercial gyms. Again, not the fault of the product. The padding is good and seems like it will hold up well over time. Overall it’s a well build bench. Will update with pictures later. I would buy this product again for sure. ... show more
