Originally bought these chairs as a (2) pack unsure of the quality, appearance, and overall sturdiness. Chair were packaged well, and instructions were straight forward. The chairs seem to be made well and the metal constructed of a thicker gauge metal; better than most hollow metal chair pieces found other products. The cushions material has a nice pattern and texture to them and are surprisingly rather comfortable to the bum and back. We had taller chairs and didn't like bending over the counter to eat so purchased these as they were lower and padded. They are very comfortable, but we are still adjusting to sitting lower at the counter. They went together easily and are very sturdy. Would recommend them for sure.

These look and feel like high quality. So far so good holding up to catsโ€™ claws. They donโ€™t scrape into the floor. Easy to assemble but not fun to do 3 in a row. My hand was a bit sore from cranking the wrench. I do appreciate each stool comes with an extra screw of each type. The seat is soft
