The fixed was to drink plenty of water. As for the performance, I was pleasantly surprised the product began working shortly after use, and the effects lasted between 5 to 8 hours. It not only helps with potency, it helps with energy, and stamina. No yucky aftertaste, actually tastes quite good. I have been using it for over a year, and it really seems to help. No headaches or side effects that I have noticed, other than a slight "flushed" feeling when it kicks in. It seems to last about 3 days for me.

I used Royal Honey consistently every 3 days for about two months. I was hoping for a natural boost in energy, libido, and overall performance — something advertised heavily by this product. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite of what I expected. Here’s what happened: 🧠 Side Effects I Experienced: Persistent fatigue and lightheadedness Headaches after workouts A noticeable drop in libido Signs of mild depression A general mental fog and lack of motivation Symptoms worsened even after I stopped using it 🧪 Medical Impact: After using Royal Honey, I had blood work done. My estradiol (estrogen) was elevated, while my testosterone was already high from past TRT use. My endocrinologist confirmed that these levels were abnormal, and the supplement could have been a contributing factor to hormonal imbalance. Work well and last for days. If you don’t have a consistent partner. Steer clear, why because out of no where you’ll be bricked up and it’s nothing worst than wasting a boner. Great product, taste great and I didn’t get a headache, but I got mini heartburn. But I can deal with it. Bin using this consistently for months now. Last but not least, this doesn’t work at the drop of a dime. If you planning a special night out take it ASAP on an empty stomach with water. By the time you done eating or hanging out you’ll be ready to rock and roll literally.

This honey tastes exactly how you’d expect—smooth, sweet, and natural. You can enjoy it straight or mix it into a cup of tea without any weird aftertaste. One thing I really appreciate: I’m susceptible to headaches from similar products, and I’ve read a lot of reviews where people complained about terrible headaches. I experienced none of that with this honey—not even close. My girlfriend and I use it for special occasions, and it works well.
