There were a few things I didn't like about it, such as I believe it could have a little more padding in the seat and around the chair frame. With this chair being able to recline so far back, the support needs to be closer to the back of the chair, leaving a lot of the seat toward the front. I believe due to this, if the weight rests toward the front or if you're trying to roll forward, it puts strain on the base potentially causing it to break and the middle support bar to slide to the floor. Also being a little hefty (not morbidly obese but not a fit person) probably didn't help the day to day strain. However, I reached out to the merchant on this issue and the rep, John, was VERY helpful. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had the pleasure of speaking to. That said, I recommend at least trying out this chair. I put a kneeling pad under the seat which helped with the cushioning and is comfortable enough to say ive reclined this chair back a few times for a nap, once for a full night sleep just to say I tried ... show more

I bought this chair because it had every feature i was looking for at an affordable price(cheap). If you are looking to buy this chair, it should be for a small child. Im not large at all. Im only 140 pounds and the cushioning depleted within a month of use, especially in the arm rest. The leg rest is also too short. I like to sit with my knees us so i figured it wouldnt be an issue(turned out with was). These i wouldnt have minded, because i did purchase a cheap chair, but what i cannot get over is the right arm rest snapping withing the first 2 weeks of use. Ive been living with it hoping i can just lean on the other side but its just so uncomfortable now that im just heartbroken and in pain. It is NOT worth the price if you are someone who is wanting to sit in this for long periods of time. TL;DR Just save your money and buy a nice quality chair. ... show more
