These herbs seems to be a good deal compared to others and they smell wonderful. And as my chickens have become very picky with feed etc., most importantly, they really do LOVE them. I do scatter them about in the nest, coop, and occasionally in the yard and they come running. I am new to the chicken world so I am not sure what is a good deal and what is not. I have 4 hens and a rooster left to me from my Mother-in-law after she passed. These guys have become very spoiled pets so the expense versus reward is simply not there even though I do generally get well over a dozen eggs a week. Generally closer to 20 most weeks. These eggs are amazing and so delicious. I can not say the herbs are a factor in that because I truly have no clue. But I like to think happy chickens lay better and these herbs definitely make them VERY HAPPY.

Was honestly surprised how great they smelled. You can never tell how authentic a product will be ordering online but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Smells great and my chickens love it. I would recommend.

This is my third purchase of this mix. It smells so nice and my girls seem to love it. I sprinkle some in the nesting boxes and on the window ledges of the coop and it freshens up the whole area! I only wish the price would come down a bit-definitely a splurge for spoiled hens:)

I love to feed my chickens herbs along with their feed. While I do grow different herbs, I have 7 birds and they are voracious, so I thought I would look for more. In looking, I found these. They are great for nesting boxes and repelling flies, and the birds love to eat them. These are an amazing price and cost less than if I compiled a pound of herbs from my supplies. I wondered if I could make my own for less since I am studying herbalism, so I visited my favorite supplier. To order 1 pound each of these herbs, mix it up, and divide the cost into a per pound bag (6 pounds of herbs total= $187. $187/6= 31.17/lb), I came out at 31.17/lb. That is before taxes and shipping. Yikes! These are organic, fragrant herbs. I highly recommend them and I will be ordering again.
