I absolutely love this thing, great weight, great cooking surface, perfect for gas range inside outside or Traeger. Solid build, metal handles so you don’t need to worry about them getting burned off. Great even heating as well. I seared steaks on it, cooked pancakes, bacon, french toast…all came out beautifully. Highly recommend.

I purchased it for my induction stove that has a bridge function, it fit just barely on the stove surface, being that I used on induction, it still does create hot spots where the coils actually heat, this would be much better on a gas range with those long burners to heat it evenly, ended up giving it away to a relative that has a gas range. Wish it would have worked out for mine. One of the only things I was disappointed in was the lack of leather handle covers that I thought came with, but didn't, for the price, some leather or silicon handle covers should have been included. The other gripe I had was that the griddle is very shallow so you have to be careful moving things around if they release a lot of grease like cooking a larger batch of bacon, you can easily send grease over the sides unless you are very careful.

I bought this cookware set as a Father’s Day gift, and hubby LOVED it. He has used it almost every day since he got it. Veggies, burgers, chicken—you name it. The results are always perfect. It’s sturdy, heats evenly, and cleans up easily. I’ve never seen him get this excited about cookware before. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for someone who loves to grill or cook at home!

Where to start: (1) didn’t fit in my oven due to handles and I have a full-size oven, (2) description states that you don’t need to season like cast but instructions tell you to. (3) didn’t fit on my stove top in either direction and the handles protrude so much that they’re could easily burn you and ruin your backsplash if used vertically. Unusable. I never return anything so I thought I’d give as a present to a friend……and would fit any of their ovens. Finally returned. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy

Works well on the stove and on the grill. Polished mine down to 1000 grit and then some 2800 grit by hand. Three coats with avocado oil. I think it needs a few more. Great bridle.

Made In has amazing ads on a photo based social media platform, and I was looking for an indoor griddle. I finally bought the bullet and boy was I impressed. I washed it, dried it and seasoned for an hour at 450 F with the Made In carbon steel wax. It came out of the oven a shade darker. First cook was chopped cheese sandwiches that my tween son enjoys. Nothing sticks and clean up was a breeze. I wish Amazon carried the half griddle lid, but you can get that on the Made In website. This is the type of cookware I will leave to my kids some day, well made and I’m looking forward to more meals
