This Made In 10qt Rondeau is a beast, but in the best of ways!!! Very versatile and useful, it’s kind of like the workhorse that still manages to feel like a luxury. And it really shines when you’re making larger batches and yes, it goes from stove top to oven, no problem.

Best cookware I ever owned. I always had nonstick cookware but leery of the health issues of some. Follow directions if you are used to nonstick cookware instead of clad stainless. Easy cleanup if you have food residue after cooking--again, follow directions and it's very easy. Food cooks evenly on Medium heat, quality if exellent, I do have some scratches from my utencils, but that is to be expected. I use Bar Keeper's friend to help with cleanup and overall appearance of the cookware. ... show more
