Size: 3-Piece Set (8",10",12")
Color: Graphite
I kept the shipping box and packing materials in case I wanted to return this expensive pan set. But after my first use making bacon and blueberry pancakes I am hooked on the feeling. They are amazing in sizes, in the weight, in the balance, in the comfort of the handles that did not get hot to touch, in the even heat distribution and in the visual joy of observing state of the art tools in operation. The clean up was an easy wipe out with a paper towel then soft sponge soap and rinse then wipe dry. I just had to get used to using way less cooking oil because it is not needed to prevent sticking with the slick coating. I also recommend the soft in between pan stacking liners to prevent scratching and get assorted coated utensils. They worked great on our electric burner stove top but have not used them in the oven yet.

A great alternative to the other clad cookware
Size: 12" Non Stick Frying Pan
Color: Harbour Blue
I'm a long term customer, owner, and fan of the 'other' premium clad cookware. However, when the non-stick coating wore out on a 12" pan of the other brand (it happens, not a 'defect'), I chose to look at other brands. I was pleasantly surprised when this 12" Made In pan arrived. Packaged well, looks great (I chose the dark blue), and is well balanced. It appears (the old one is no longer here to be sure) that the sides are more 'vertical', which means more room on the 'floor' of the pan. Yay. I don't yet know whether food 'effortlessly flips' with a shake of the handle. Unlike less expensive aluminum pans, this one is heavy enough to stay put when you stir things in it. And (like any new non-stick pan), clean-up is a breeze. I'll know more about its longevity in a year, but for now, I'm very happy.

Excellent pan
Size: 12" Non Stick Frying Pan
Color: Graphite
This pan is beautiful. Truly a quality piece. It's heavy, well made, and it's actually flat. When you pour oil, the oil stays where you pour it. Most cheaper pans are raised towards the center, and your oil will move to the edge of the pan, especially as it heats. But this pan is actually flat. It comes very well packaged. It heats very evenly. And measures 12 full inches on the bottom of the pan. And the walls of the pan extend outwards, which adds to the pans capacity. The edges seem rolled (but I have not confirmed this), so when you pour something from the pan it doesn't run down the side of the pan. I recommend hand washing in warm water and using silicone and wood utensils. I also recommend not using it (or any non stick pan) on high heat. And make sure you heat the pan with oil to preserve the non stick. I also notice that I can use less oil, which is great. But you'll still want to make sure to use some so the pan doesn't get exhausted. In all I haven't had anything stick, and the pan exceeded my expectations. I love it, and I've been guarding my pan like a grandma who trusts no one.

Where Have You Been All My Life???
Where should I start...Well, first, I'm not a professional cook just a person who enjoys cooking once I come home from work. Pros: I enjoy the weight of the pan (when I say pan I am actually talking about both the 10" and 11" duo) it feels very balanced in my hands. My hands are not necessarily large, more of medium to medium-small. The weight does not seem to get my arm tired when I move about the kitchen with the pan in my hand. My hand feels very comfortable as I grab the pan to move in a circular way when cooking eggs. The first time I pick up the pan to shake it, I notice I did not have to agitate it as much as I thought I would have to. The non-stick surface is tremendous. I really believed I would have to shake it a bit harder than I actually did. The eggs slid off the surface with not much any effort. The cleaning was extremely easy to complete that it took longer to dry them with a rag than to clean them. Cons: The only thing I notice, at least with my 10", is that the rivets are not flushed enough with the side of the pan. This will cause the scrambeled eggs to sneak up into the gap between the rivets and the side of the pan. I do have to use a mini brush or sometimes my pinky nail to try and scrap what ever is there out. I won't take away any stars because of this, but just be aware of this situation.

Working great
Size: 12" Non Stick Frying Pan
Color: Harbour Blue
So far so good. Purchased this pan as a replacement gift. Years ago, I had purchased a "non-stick" pan from a different high-end manufacture, Mauviel. It worked for 6 months and then started failing. I received zero response from calls and emails. This pan, Made In, has some weight to it, a good thing, and heats evenly. Most importantly, it is truly non-stick. So far, very happy.

Amazing, but non stick didn’t last
Size: 12" Non Stick Frying Pan
Color: Graphite
This is the best non stick pan in the world. Everything is so smooth on & off. Cleaning is a breeze. That being said… after 6 months the non stick aspect wore off in places. We washed & cared for it correctly. For the price, we are going to try a new brand next.

Versatile, Sturdy, High-heat
Size: 10" Non Stick Frying Pan
Color: Graphite
You can cook things in a hot oven which is what I really like about this particular non-stick pan. It's also beautifully made, quite reasonably heavy and the surface is beautiful. Just read the instructions carefully because nothing is indestructible. I don't have any scratches on mine and I'm careful to follow the instructions. It's not super delicate but the surface has to be maintained with care. It doesn't transfer heat the same as ceramic covered cast iron, so it won't put a sear on say Salmon skin the same as ceramic covered cast iron but I cooked lamb loin chops in the oven with this and they turned out great, with a nice crust. It's safe up to 500°, which is awesome. They just want you to wipe it clean and not even use the abrasive side of a sponge so that's what I mean by pay attention. I haven't had anything stick on it that I couldn't get off by rubbing with a soft sponge. I usually wipe it out right after cooking with either a paper towel or the soft side of the sponge and everything comes right up. I'm going to try mashing my refried beans in it with a plastic masher but I'm going to be very careful not to scrape the flat and or its edge along the bottom when I do so.
